Not what their web site said. Within two minutes I am told to go to an urgent care and they would not give antibiotics. Had to go somewhere else to get help

I had been fighting allergies for almost a week when I realized that it turned into a sinus infection. I was desperate for an easy in and out, deciding to take my chance with PlushCare. Dr. Rao was kind, considerate and actually listened - seeing that I did indeed had come down with a sinus infection and prescribed me antibiotics. It's easy, my insurance covered my visit and I only had a $20 copay, the antibiotics were called into my pharmacy and I am on the road to recovery. PlushCare is easy, trustworthy and dependable - I will definitely not hesitant to refer them to my friends and family

It says they take your healthcare, but I tried it, and it said it was out of network. That didn't help at all.

We love the convenience of Plushcare with scheduling, Rx, and mostly just love Dr. Huggins. My husband really trusts and likes her which Is very rare for him. We appreciate Plushcare very much and have recommended to 9ur family.

Dr. Marks is always thorough and does a good job.

I had an incredibly negative experience with Dr. Taralee Adams. As a registered nurse, I have a good understanding of my own health, but Dr. Adams dismissed my concerns and challenged the symptoms I was explaining. Instead of listening or offering support, she made me feel as though I was completely wrong about how I was feeling. Her bedside manner was completely lacking, and it was disheartening to be treated this way by a medical professional. I expect to be heard and treated with respect, especially when discussing my health, but unfortunately, I did not feel that at all during this visit. I would not recommend this online telehealth or physician based on my experience.
