I was able to get an appointment and get the care I needed. The initial doctor was a no-show and I initially had some trouble reaching customer service but both issues were resolved with an hour so still 4 stars.

Solomon was an AMAZING help he got me the information i needed, and got me taken care of in the same phone call! He knows how to take great care of his customers!

I found the professionalism of the doctor was great and the platform was very user friendly.

It was so easy to sign up, make the appointment and navigate the site. The doctor listened and I was able to get a prescription that day.

Website wasn't transparent about GLP1, Dr was late, kind of rude, was talking to someone else in the room to make sure they wear sunscreen - hello - HIPPA? That person heard my name and birthdate. Pretty much was told to get labs and schedule back with her in 2 weeks - another $129 and I felt like they were going to 2 week me several times. Then when I had questions rushed me through it and hung up on me!

Amanda B. was amazing!! She was very friendly and professional. She looked up my information and assured that the prior authorization team would contact my insurance.

If you like endless loops of copied and pasted generic responses this is the app for you. What you won’t get is actual help unless you are actually speaking to the doctor. The doctors seem great but you pay a copay every time and it seems like they are deliberately incompetent with communication to force you to book more sessions. It’s bordering on fraud, if not fraud.
