Janette was uber thoughtful, caring, inquisitive, and kind. She worked with me through my two messy accounts, one for my deceased mother who suffered from dementia for 5 years. I was her full time caregiver, Janette listened to all of my woes when she didn’t have too. She took action immediately to help me understand what had happened. I truly had overlooked these bills for years. But, now we have the solution and Janette fixed the account for me. Excellent member of you team in Janette!
