This is a great way in today's busy times to fit a doctor's visit into your life. I didn't have to request time off from my job to make it to the appointment. I didn't have to deal with the snotty office staff, no waiting in a waiting room, no waiting in an exam room. I simply logged into the call/appointment and Dr. Sara Andert popped on. She discussed my issue with me and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. After my appointment was over a summary of my visit was emailed to me. Not only was the Doctor amazing but the three customer service representatives I have spoken with were professional, kind and extremely helpful. Love Plushcare.

I was able to instantly schedule an appointment and the doctor was amazingly knowledgable and really cared. I was blown away by the service.

My Doctor was the best, she provided me with the antibiotics needed for my abscess tooth until I could get it pulled, she went the extra length to let me know that my "bad teeth" could be related to celiac disease and suggested to research it. I have since cut glucose out of my diet and so thankful she had the sense to see what was happening. I feel so clear headed, I'm waking up earlier without feeling fatigued. She truly is a blessing. No other doctor has ever took the time to suggest a solution and I appreciate it so much.

I have used Plushcare twice now and plan to continue using this service. My 1st visit I was having problems with allergies & the Dr. prescribed a medication that really helped! My 2nd visit we talked in detail about 1 of my medical issues and the Dr. added a new medication to my current regimen that has really worked very well & I am feeling great! Both physician's are very knowledgeable & have great "bed side manners" It is a very convenient way to see excellent quality Doctors!!

Something tells me they're going to try to charge me even though a doctor never showed up for my appointment. I spent thirty minutes on an empty video before giving up.

I wanted to get a renewal of a prescription that I have had, I even sent a picture of the bottle that has my name and dosage on it. He prescribed me 10mg instead of 20mg and no refills. I would have never spent my money on here had I known. I’ve request a refund and have had no reply from plushealth. I’ll be posting this online as well Update: so Ethan asks me to Email him directly which I did on September 7th since then no reply… I don’t see this as a viable option to healthcare the way this company is operating. Update: Ethan did reply today and has confirmed I wasn’t charged. I’m sure they are doing the best they can, I would’ve just liked them to be more clear that it would not be a substitute for a pcp, and any prescription would be 1 time, maybe that was my fault

The calls were timely and the Dr's listened very well and understood that I know my body and was confident in what my problem was called in a prescription and solved my issue
