Late night severe headache and ear ache. I knew an appointment with my regular doctor would not be available for days. PlushCare came through with a timely, late (11:45pm) appointment and a list of available doctors. The doctor I selected was great! He provided a thorough assessment of my condition and gave a precise diagnosis and a prescription sent immediately to my preferred pharmacy. Great and convenient service at a much lower cost. Thanks PlushCare for making this possible. I'm doing better after only one day of treatment.

I have had a history of bacterial bronchitis following a cold as I was a smoker in the past. My regular doctor could not see me and referred me to a walk-in emergency center in their network where the doctor on call insisted on a viral diagnosis even though I said I had coughed up yellow sputum. The doctor wanted me to take a Covid 19 test which would show I had a cold virus. I refused because these tests are deemed faulty at best. The doctor said she would put in my record that I had Covid 19 and would be sent home to do treatment only for a virus. I was told I needed to quarantine. Therefore, I contacted PlushCare where the virtual doctor listened to my symptoms and prescribed the medicines I needed to cure the bacterial issue. After three days of treatment I am almost well.

I was on vacation and needed medication for a urgent medical problem. I was able to book an appointment within 2 hours. The physician was on time for the video appointment, was professional and addresses my needs. I was able to pick up my medication in a timely manor.

Got ahold of a doctor because I thought they would be able to get me treatment as the website said they could for an STD I thought I had contracted (later to find out from a clinic that I went to and they tested me for FREE and I was negative....) Today I get an email for a bill.... $189!!!! The doctor said, I will advise you to go to a local clinic.. thats it.. that was the great medical expertise I was given.. $189 to be told to just go to a local clinic... RIP OFF! Go to a real doctor in person if you can because this business is a joke!

Horrible! Dr. Marcelina Benham-Curry didn't bother to listen, told me to get a covid test and then hung up on me. N E V E R again and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this scam. COMPLETE RIPOFF!

I met a nice and caring doctor.

Absolute joke. I’ve used other telehealth services and was very pleased. The Plushcare doctor was a joke though and shouldn’t be in telehealth. Her first question was, “Why aren’t you going to a doctor in person?”. I explained that it was the middle of COVID and there was a high risk individual in the household so we were maintaining our bubble. She didn’t seem to think there was any reason to do that and then said there was nothing she could do to help me. I used another telehealth service and was diagnosed and prescribed an antibiotic in less than five minutes. Save your money and your time and use a service other than Plushcare.

This was the fastest and the best care I could of gotten. All the staff is so accommodating and professional. I received my medication on the same day. I will not be going anywhere else for my mental health care. This was perfect!!!
