I've used plushcare before, for my children when their regular drs were not available. Both appointments were around 8pm on the weekends and I had made the appts about 2-3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, when it would be convenient for myself and my family. The doctors were so compassionate, kind, and empathetic to a children's fears, even virtually, of a doctor that they truly made me feel at ease and even had my daughter talking to them, which is huge for her. This past weekend I myself thought I might have a sinus infection, it was Saturday afternoon, I opened the app scheduled an appt and when the Dr saw me he immediately pinpointed my condition and asked me questions to help really get to the root of the issue. Every time we have used them I have had nothing but kind, compassionate, considerate, caring doctors that truly were concerned for our wellbeing which I feel is so rare lately. With the pandemic running rampant the last thing I want to do is go sit in a waiting room full of potentially contagious people compromising my immune system and that of my children. Plushcare is awesome. The drs are wonderful, the app is so easy to use and they even follow up to see how you're doing. Out of every doctor I've seen in my life none have followed up, even after I gave birth two times. I highly recommend plushcare to anyone in immediate need of a doctor or just for any type of doctors appointments at all.

Great experience with PlushCare! What a fantastic service , especially during a pandemic when people are reluctant to go to an urgent care/ after hours place. From the comfort and safety of home, speaking to a doctor and getting a prescription is worth it’s weight in gold!

Amazed at how fast and convenient it was to set an appointment for a non-urgent issue especially when all of my local urgent cares had ridiculously long wait times due to covid. One thing I didn't like was being automatically enrolled into a subscription service.

Needed to see a doc for a UTI but was on vacation and couldn't be seen for weeks. Contacted PlushCare Virtual Healthcare, an online medical site for immediate health care, and I am so happy I did. Registration was quick and easy, got the help I needed, and I got the care and Rx I needed!

Beware of this company PlushCare, they will find ways to take your money! They run using the old bait and switch scam. The so-called doctors are all quack doctors since they all are scamming patients! It's pathetic. There are many virtual online doctors. Please don't get caught up in this trap! Dangerous! Response to Plushcare... please don't make it sound as if your company is the victim or "oh so concerned" because we both know what happen during last emails. This company needs lots of work!

Had a great experience using this app. Easy to use, Dr called me on time, was nice, seemed knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Prescriptions filled right after our appt. The one criticism I have is I think the doctors should take the time to follow up with their patients after the prescription runs out to see if the treatment worked. I suppose if it didn’t work the patient would tell them, but taking that extra step would make it feel more like a real doctor

Hello,I had the best experience with Dr.Douglas Cleary.Plushcare is great!I only needed my annual prescription refill.Dr.Douglas Cleary was caring, asked questions about me, pertaining to my medication/health.Dr.Douglas Cleary,was right on time.My medication was lowland my doctor had changed my appointment 3 times.I am very weary, anyways about going into any doctors office because of this delta virus.So yes,I will be using this service again, until the numbers are low with this virus, or until its eradicated.I"m not scared, just not comfortable in any medical facility, at this time.THANK YOU,PLUSHCARE/DR.DOUGLAS CLEARY!!Awesome group!

This is a great service to have! The scheduling and choices are easy, I appreciate that I can read reviews BEFORE I select a provider, and the options were amazing, the caliber of professionals they have is very high quality. However one negative if I could find my insurance plan in the search option I would have loved to have an option to get my insurance information verified and set up with a doctor within my state to ensure ALL of my medications could be covered and prescribed.
