Recently, our family had a need for urgent care visits, once for bronchitis and the other for a torn muscle. Our local urgent care was full so I scheduled with PlushCare online. The care was provided by licensed physicians with over 20 years of experience. Appointments took place via video within two hours of my scheduling and the doctors were personable, smart, and efficient. The app texted me an hour and 15 mins before the appointments. Prescriptions were immediately sent to our local pharmacy. This is a truly valuable medical service. I have referred my family and close friends. We will reach out to PlushCare again, for our urgent care. So grateful for their help.

My daughter was in the waiting que and the doctor never came on. She tried calling the customer service for help but nobody picked up. After calling back, she was sent to VM. You PREPAY so beware. Waiting for them to respond...

I was very overwhelmed with my illness. The person who got me an appointment (that I connected with initially on the phone) was a lifeline to me. Start to finish, that man gave this struggling individual a large ray of hope in a rip tide of local, staffed medical "care". If I could, I would send him a beautiful floral bouquet. Thanks to his assistance, I got to get the care I needed, without having to try to drive somewhere, wait in line, and fill out an outlandish form looking for my "history". The Dr. was available, attentive and took immediate action on my behalf. Recovery was close to thirty days, but it was at home, not in a ward at the hospital. I am so very thankful..... to everyone involved.

I was expecting a good service but he was telling me that he could not hear me and just like that in about 2 minutes he just close the phone . I was expecting for him to call back but the doctor did not. So what I did was called the customer service to have my credit card be refunded and the lady just told me that doctor said i just have to go see a doctor who could check me up. With this kind of service I would say it would be my first and the last for PlusCare Virtual

My doctor was wonderful and took time to discuss the different possible causes and treatments for my illness.

PlushCare made it easy to be seen and to get started on the proper medication needed.
