My experience with the service is great, however I'm waiting to see if they can get my prior authorization for a much needed medication.

Horrible business practices, Plushcare has appointment system issues confirmed by the customer service rep. There are glitches in the appointment system that cause some appointments not to show up for them, and some appointments are automatically made for you which result in a $50 no show fee. My text message confirmed an appointment on the 24th, system wouldn’t recognize my address, so I was not able to complete sign up. Called customer service and the rep assured me I wouldn’t be charged, never fixed the address recognition. Another appointment was automatically made for me next day. The first appointment did not send an email confirmation, just a text message and customer service said it showed I never made an appointment on that first day. I had to argue with the second customer service rep in order to be refunded. She told me not to go by text message confirmations, and to go only by the email, and addressed me as if I was lying. Horrible experience, and I won’t be using this company for telehealth. Too many inconsistencies which seems shady.

Great service. 24 hour customer service. Knowledgeable doctor. Good bedside manner. Summed up my condition quickly and decisively. Paperwork was all handled first thing the next day and medication was waiting at pharmacy by mid day.

The physician didn't show up, and the fee was charged thou ($69) - they have my medical insurance info and despite that, they charged me as if they didn't have it!!! My first visit was $129 for less than 10 min - and yes, they have my medical insurance info and despite that, they charged me as if they didn't have it!!! I spent 4 hours on the phone asking for a full refund- nobody got the phone. I cancel the membership and deleted my credit card info. I've been scammed and I need help. These kinds of unethical companies are making money from sick people leading to the issue that medical appointments covered by insurance take forever to find a spot with a physician. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

My recent experience with Plush Medical was pleasant. The doctor addressed my issue and was very nice. Telemed is still a new industry. I’ve been frustrated with providers in the past, including Plush, but I think the technology and service will only improve in time.

It is so refreshing to have a provider see you in less than 30 min. Have a friendly face to greet you, ready to listen and come up with a solution. The only comment/suggestion that I may think of is to have the provider ask the patient "is there anything else I can d for you?" My appointment lasted, literally, less than 3 min. It left me with a feeling of being a part of the "conveyor service." Nevertheless, I will 100 times choose that over a several days waiting to see someone. I am a fairly healthy person, see my care provider once in 2-3 years, but lately it was impossible to schedule anything sooner than several days in advance.

The worst experience and communication. Messaged on the app. They state it takes 7 days to get an answer. Never received a message back or call back. Called and was not able to get through. Over 30 minutes on hold. My insurance called them requesting additional info to authorize my prescription. They never responded to the insurance I asked for a copy of my prescription so I can take to another pharmacy since they sent it to a compound pharmacy which does not have the medication. I was told it was their policy not to give the patient there prescription. Worst experience I have ever had with telehealth ever.

Zero stars. I have called repeatedly to cancel a membership I don't recall signing up for. There is no way to cancel online you have to have an account set up(which I don't have) I have been on hold for over 30 min or get a message all circuits are busy. I have sent three emails, no response.
