I like the convenience of Plush Care but I never received my Dr's note for 3/25-3/27...I need that asap!

Like others I paid, and scheduled an appointment, and waited..and waited... I finally checked my email to be informed that the provider is late...and i have to reschedule. I was disconnected. I have requested a refund of my 129. No response from customer care line via phone (on hold) and via email chat. I also believe this to be a scam. So wrong and deceiving, I also believe all positive reviews are fake. I will also be filing a complaints Agree Please DON"T SCHEDULE ANYTHING WITH THIS GROUP. They keep up a good pretense... take insurance , fill out forms.. but then..no appointment. And when you call.. absolutely no answer.. Feel this is collecting health info and data. I DID CONTACT YOU SEVERAL WAYS AND YOU IGNORED. YOU REPLIED VERY QUICKLY TO THIS. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

Considering the name PlushCare, this service is nothing close to "plush" or convenient. The only convenient thing about PlushCare is being able to schedule a doctor's appointment and be overcharged for services. Other than that, Care Support, Prescription Support, Communication is absolutely awful. This service seems more like a 'money grab' or 'side hustle' for Doctors and PlushCare more than it is an actual/genuine Medical Provider. Good idea, but absolutely awful in reality.

If you sign up for an account on this site, you may find yourself receiving confusing emails and bills with unexplained charges. The customer service team is unresponsive and doesn't address your concerns when you try to reach out to them. During my visit with one of their doctors, they didn't show up at the scheduled time, which was frustrating. The second doctor I saw gave me the wrong prescription and misdiagnosed my condition, which caused additional problems. Overall, if you're willing to risk being charged for no apparent reason and receiving care from unprofessional doctors, this app may be for you.

Appointment by video call was very convenient. Additionally, germs stayed at my house...so others didn't have to be exposed as is the case with in-house doctor appointments. Plus my symptoms were treated without having to go through tests which can get costly. A+ from me.

Generally speaking I simply do not have the time to wait in waiting rooms or these hour or minute clinics. As an executive, I fly almost every week and I find the simplicity of Plush Care to be invaluable. I have yet to wait on a Physician. Every interaction has been professional and timely. I am actually impressed at the politeness of the Physician's as well. They actually understand my schedule and work accordingly.
