Easy to sign up and schedule. Dr. was so nice. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. My prescription was ready for pickup at my pharmacy in an hour. Much better than sitting in a waiting room at a walk in clinic full of sick people, and only $129.

Dr. Falisha Sloan has the worst bedside manor - I hung up on my appointment early because I could not deal with such a rude, entitled, patronizing person. I had high hopes for this company. They really need to screen their doctors.

I called to find out why I am being charged for not having insurance when I do and your company states they accept my insurance. I called customer service and they tell me that plush accepts my insurance but none of your doctors do so I am charged as if I don’t have insurance.so basically I was lied to and I feel like I am scammed. Your customer service representative was absolutely no help. The only winner here is plush you collect my money and I pay for a service that none of your doctors accept.

Their site glitched when I tried to make an appointment and it charged me TWICE ($260) but did not make the appointment. I called support, they were completely useless, told me someone would follow up with me. Now I have to dispute with my bank. Waste of time and fraudulent.
