Company signs you up for auto monthly billing and doesn't send an email or anything when they bill. They also do not refund when you find out. SUPER SHADY. Doctors really aren't very good either. Try sesame or somewhere that isn't just trying to scam people.

I have had three appointments with Dr. Chan and have found her to be an excellent listener and diagnostician and very thorough. I am so glad I tried Plushcare and had Dr. Chan.

They advertise ozempic. Yes they will give you a prescription for it no problem, without any lab work. But be aware that 95% of insurance companys don’t cover it. They know this and still charge $197 for the dr visit and you end up with a prescription that costs $1200

Amazing app only because the people behind it, the nurses, staff, and doctors, make it so. Very organized, responsive, and attentive. Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time with this company they canceled 15 minutes before my 1st visit. It’s so hard to ask for help and they just blow it off, this was my last chance to try to get my meds right. I’ve been struggling with meds from my combat ptsd and was at my ropes end and decided to give it one more try. They cancel so whatever I’ll just stop trying and quit the meds I’m on stay away people your just a dollar sign to them.

I have had a great experience with them so far. I had an issue finding a lab that they originally sent me to, so I reached out to them explaining that I was not close to any of those labs. Within an hour, I had a new order for a lab that was just minutes from me. Also, the provider that I am using is very nice and she is very helpful with advice for losing weight. I am looking forward to having success with this weight loss journey with Plushcare.

Do not use this service! It will automatically sign you up for a membership and if you don’t cancel and it’s hard to figure out how to cancel it will cost you a fortune! I was out of state and needed an eye drop. That’s all! This visit has cost me over 250 dollars! Don’t do it! November- today and it still won’t cancel out completely until my next payment. Goes through. It’s a scam!

Illegitimate website. Applied for weight loss drug. Paid and completed blood test by doctor’s orders. I get rejected by my insurance for coverage because Plushcare submitted the paperwork with my height as 7’ instead of 5’7” so my BMI appeared too low to qualify. I told Plushcare and they gaslit me into thinking I got rejected for not having diabetes (mind you I applied for a strictly WEIGHT LOSS drug, not any drug for diabetes). After back and forth getting proof of Plushcare’s mistake from my insurance, Plushcare submits a 30 day appeal instead of calling the Prior Authorization phone number to expedite like my insurance suggested!! It is over 90 days later and I never heard anything about getting approved. This company is such a joke and highly unprofessional!
