I had an appointment with Dr. Lovell. It was going ok until she made me feel very uncomfortable when I told her that I wasn’t on birth control. I understand the risks of depression medicine and pregnancy. But instead of explaining risks, she just very rudely said “so, you’re going to get pregnant on this medication?” No, not planning on it and if I became pregnant I would wean myself off of it! Right after, she basically tried to question my honesty of how old my children were. When she asked me how long I had been married(after the birth control issue) she then said, “ But you told me your daughter was 12?” Yes, I had my daughter a year before I was married and I don’t see why that is an issue! Then she said “You told me your son was 8, so you were pregnant in 2019?” Excuse me,what? No,2014. It was a terrible experience and honestly I feel even more depressed after having to talk to this RUDE doctor. I will return to my primary Dr in person!

Just a scam. Called for a weight loss meds. They sent me a blood test form, blood results takes 5 weeks. Told him I do have a current detailed blood test. No, he insisted on the new one. Then you have to call back and listen to that quack again... and he might come up with more stuff.

I have been a member for several months. Very convenient and helpful. My last visit was strictly for weight loss. My labs were already done in January 2023 which that program would have charged me $149.00 a month (12 month agreement) plus I buy the meds which my insurance would not cover. I was refunded my money so I went elsewhere. Second place I inquired wanted all new lab work. I finally booked an appointment with PlushCare. They accepted my lab work already done in January. Called in the prescription now waiting on CVS to fill. If you are interested in Wegovy or Ozempic please check out internet for coupons. It will save you $300 to $500. It is not the fault of PlushCare for prescription cost. I was at my wits end - PlushCare came thru with flying colors.

I have been using Plushcare for about 8 months. While the doctor I work with (Dr. Lee) is really lovely, unfortunately the rest of the system is problematic and has gotten worse over the past few months. Specifically, if you have a question or issue you need to submit a request via chat or email, which used to be relatively quick but which now takes 5-7 days for a response. If you call their central phone line, you wait on hold for more than a half hour then get a customer service rep who seems entirely disconnected from your actual care provider. In my case, I had an appointment 8 days ago and one of two of my prescriptions was not called in. I have called, emailed, sent chat messages, and scheduled a follow up appointment with Dr. Lee and has not been resolved. As of this morning, I received a message indicating that the support team has followed up with some other team (who I’ve never heard of and have no way to contact), who will follow up with me “at their earliest convenience.” My husband attempted once to use for what he suspected was the flu and his provider didn't show up: because it takes so long to get through on the phone, he just gave up. This model is not a practical to solution for healthcare for actual human beings, who need reliability and reasonably expedient services. Recommend going elsewhere.

I joined, doctor was super nice and available pretty much whenever but I told them I was joining because I needed to get wegovy for weight loss and they said no problem but they couldn’t get it for me….really disappointing!!!

Excellent service

The Dr was fine. Their method of letting patients know how much they will actually be billed is underhanded. Highly un-recommended.

Welcome to health care at the speed of life, I think it's fantastic that they have physicians that you can consult with it all hours period. They're responsive and excellent to work with absolute ten out of ten patient experience.
