Misleading advertisements. Not transparent. Flawed billing. You will be charge way more than you should. I had a disappointing experience….

I had a Dr’s appointment today for my 9 year old son. Since we live in a rural area, online was the best option. The Dr. joined the call, asked his symptoms and then asked me to shine my iPhone’s flashlight into my son’s throat while holding his tongue down with a spoon. Of course this didn’t work and led to her saying “Sorry, I can’t see anything”. It’s no way that would’ve worked and I thought it was a ridiculous ask for a telemedicine appointment. She offered my son nothing, not even a cough suppressant and said he’ll need to see a Dr. in person. If Dr’s are going to do telemedicine appointments they should be trained to ask intelligent questions to properly diagnose a patient. I let the Dr. know not to charge me for the appointment as nothing was done and it was a total waste of time while my son is miserable. I’ve had similar appointments with my other son with a different Dr on PlushCare in which Amoxicillin was prescribed and he felt better within a couple of days. The level of service given across Plush Care doctors is wildly inconsistent.

Experience was fantastic and Doctor was top-notched and local to me in GA.

I am extremely satisfied and happy with my Continued health care. This is an easy process and i always tell my friends and family to join.

Untrustworthy and blatant lying by doctor. Cesar Duques lied and said he didn't know what class of drug it was. Yet he prescribed it me. Of course, he was lying. SICKENING!

What a joke this company is. Decided to wait until AFTER my appointment that they wouldn’t take my AETNA insurance, which they said they already took. Then after the appointment they email me saying I owe $96. Then they signed me up for membership for “cheaper future visits” at $15 a month. I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS!! As if I would even be going back to this pathetic company who has doctors working for them that got their licenses to practice out of a cereal box. Am on hold for 30+ minutes each time I call and try to get my refunds. Doctor couldn’t even figure out what was wrong with me then prescribed something that didn’t help. It really makes me wonder how this company is successful, and it is disgusting how they treat their patients.

Bad experience. The physician gave me a list of blood tests and when I got them done he never sent me his feedback. I also canceled the membership and they managed to charge me. Go to a local doctor.

There were "technical issues" and the doctor was a no show. The care team had no way to contact her, the only thing they could offer was to reschedule- well would it be another no show or should I get care in person. This is the second time there were technical difficulties with this provider. The first time - she did connect with me and she was a terrific provider. However, Plushcare is supposed to provide more access to care not missed opportunities or less access. In the age of technology, they cannot text the doctor, call her, email her .... No, the care team representative checked with her shift lead several times and they said they could write a note about it.
