My experience was Awesome! I urgently needed a health care provider and I was able to be evaluated immediately with this platform. I love PlushCare!

Made 3pm appt. Was in virtual room since 2:55pm. Pop up comes up saying doctor may not come. Waited until 3:15. Contact customer service. As I’m on the phone they bill my credit card $50.00 for a missed appointment. The representative I spoke to was great. Refunded the $50 which shouldn’t have been billed, apologized but I needed immediate help. And for a doctor to show up 20 minutes late to a virtual appointment and then say I wasn’t there is unprofessional. If you can’t depend on a doctor who can you depend on? Will never use again.

Be aware of the final amount that you have to pay! Like other people said, plush care would ask you to upload your insurance (if you have) and then go through a process of verifying with insurance, then they would say all you have to pay is $40. Few weeks later, they would send you a bill for another $130. There are other websites that will not charge you this much for a 15 minute tele-visit. Go somewhere else!

This was my first virtual care visit ever. I needed to refill a prescription and didn’t want to hassle with my clinic. I scheduled my appointment and had my visit all within 1 hour. The doctor was easy to work with and talked to me about another issue. She prescribed a medication for me to try. The visit was completely covered by my insurance. I love not having to leave my home for care.

Extremely quick and efficient scheduling appointments with medical professionals. Doctor was extremely thorough and to the point. Will definitely use PlushCare for all my medical needs.

Doctor was a no show and they claim I was the no show when I was online for 15 minutes waiting. While waiting, they send me an email saying that I was a no show and charged me extra. Trying to contact customer service and no one picking up after waiting for over 15 minutes now. Oh, and apparently there is a monthly fee that wasn't properly disclosed to me upon getting an appointment. Update: On hold for over 35 minutes and no answer

Using the online doctor visits has been great. Scheduling is so easy and the availability of weekend appointments helps a lot. I find the conversation with the doctor feels less rushed.

Dr Nelson is very nice and he actually listens to you. Very cool. The process is always easy and convenient.
