PlushCare Virtual Healthcare: online doctorReviews of plushcare.com

I absolutely love PlushCare. The doctors are friendly, Knowledgeable and willing to help you, in any way they can. It’s the most convenient medical care on the planet. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend it!

I really enjoy the ease of using the app, the cost is so affordable and my provider is THE best!!! My Doctor really cares about my health and wellbeing. PlushCare gets beyond 5 stars from our family.

Dr Doyle was pleasant and listened to me. I felt heard

I agree with the prior reviewer that the customer service is non-existent. I really like my doctor, and she is super available. I could schedule an appointment with her virtually anytime, on little notice, presumably because they make so much money on those 15 minute visits. But there's no way to get assistance outside of that appointment. My doctor told me to go into patient notes to complete a form. Great, except I can't access patient notes or any chart information. Took nearly a week to get a response from PlushCare, and even then it wasn't helpful. I've been trying to get my prescription, and they won't give it to me directly, even though I need to call around and find a pharmacy to fill it. I finally found one and asked that PlushCare send it there. They respond saying my prior pharmacy should send it overto the new one (which no pharmacy will do). All they appear to care about is taking your money and not hiring people who can actually handle the administrative work of getting patients what they've been prescribed. I also think the whole thing is a scam given that many of the links lead to nowhere (like if you try to add a family member).

Complete scam. Don’t waste your money.

The Doc said to take otc meds that i should not with thyroid disease. would not give referral for pulmonary or endocrinologist. Asthma trouble since late 1/23. My thyroid levels are off for the first time in years. My local Dr. I went to for 25 years quit his practice. Was counting on plushcare for help. If you record visits, it should be reviewed.

The providers are fine, but you absolutely cannot get a response to a message when they, yes THEY, make a mistake. If you call you never get through, literally, nobody will answer. If you leave your number for a call back it never happens. I finally set up a new appointment and they just cancelled it stating I had to follow up with my prior doctor in Texas after I moved to North Carolina so I cannot do that as he is not licensed here. I’ve already had an appointment in North Carolina so they should know that. But just to cancel without verifying is just awful.

The doctor understood my sickness of diabetic and gave me the tools to monitor it CGM freestyle 2
