Wonderful experience!!! Would recommend to anyone!!!

Loved this service! Same day appointments were available. It was 9am when I logged on to find an appointment, and I found an appointment available at 9:45am. Wow! Dr Sullivan met with me on camera and I was prescribed two medications. Before our video call had ended, I had already received a text from my selected pharmacy, CVS, that my prescriptions were being filled. Plushcare is an easy, professional service that got me feeling better fast! Thank you

Have been using Plushcare for about three years now. The service has always been good. I enjoy getting to see a doctor from the comfort of my own home.

The doctor was very straightforward and asked me several questions

Dr Towne is wonderful! She is obviously very caring and careful with meds, and she has ideas for treatments no other doctor has. I have cluster headaches and she has two ways to possibly stop them. She's extremely knowledgeable and thinks about you and your symptoms. She'll go outside the box if she believes something will work.

I signed up for PlushCare after finding local healthcare models to be profit centered and overly bureaucratic, resulting in doctors who are demoralized and patients who are disconnected from a relationship of trust and respect. The Plushcare Model is the answer to the many problems facing healthcare right now. I not only had an easy time starting the service, I was able to quickly find a doctor based on patient reviews whose philosophy was in line with what I needed. These are fantastic doctors who really listen, who stay current on education and technology, and who recognize that our healthcare models are broken. PlushCare is just better!

What a horrible incompetent company! PlushCare did not bill my insurance correctly. They continue to send past due notices and threats to send me to a collection agency. In April (and now it is October!) I sent them the message I received from my insurance company. I owe them nothing and they have still not provided the correct information to my insurance company. Message from my insurance company: "Thank you so much for your time. Upon review of these three claims, I can see that claim #1 & #2 were denied. It states that the provider was advised that additional information was needed to process the claim. That information was not received and the claims therefore were denied. If the provider would like to get this adjusted and have questions on how to do so or what information is needed, they can call into provider services. Both of these do show a $0.00 member responsibility."
