🔥 BEWARE!!!! 🔥They only want your money. I had an acute kidney infection and needed pills urgently. I provided the doctor with my test results. To which I was told that I needed to make an appointment with him for a physical or a new paid consultation (soon to be in a week). Although the tests showed that I had already had such a situation and that I had already taken the pills that the doctor had prescribed before. The bottom line is that I gave $125 to a company that is not going to help you at all. Stay away from this company and be healthy!

I have had Metformin 500mg type 2 diabetes, for more than 10 years. This Jun 2023, I had all blood test, with my request my primary Dr. Rodriguez Lindsay at Novant Health Care system in Charlotte NC prescribed to me Wegovy (Semaglutide), (FDA Approved) Injection. 9/27/23 I was looking for the medicine with low price to afford. Plushcare advertised make me confused that they will provide with low cost that I paid $129 have had a video call with Dr. Carlson, I did told her I had the precription just looking for medicine but PushCare just ask me to send all lab tests results that I took at Novant and asked me to another $99 to make the second call, so they prescribed one. I was frustrated, I NOT looking for prescription but medicine with low price so I called customer service 1-800-221-5140 an associate said plush care NOT have any medicine to provide with the low cost. I realize it is not right, so I did not go further and called my bank to dispute the charge. 1 week later, 10/4/23 I got the explanation from my health insurance that beside the charge of $129, Plushcare ALSO claimed it for another $205 A big surprise to me because I DID NOT give plushcare my Insurance policy #, do not know how they get it and claim. So I filled another dispute with my insurance that I did NOT use my policy for that call. And today I got an Plushcare bill said I "Your insurance finished processing a claim for a visit, and you have an updated bill of $14.53. Again I have to dispute $14.53 again. I need medicine for my health problem, the cost is out of my controlled budget but I would pay to have medicine not for Video call(s). I am suffering my health problem for long time. I really appreciate any helps. Please do NOT to milk money out of people with any health problem.

I have type 2 diabetes and I wanted a prescription for ozempic or mounjaro to help control my glucose levels. I have had three video consults with them at $25 a pop, and I missed one appointment because they sent me the wrong time zone, which cost me $50. I sent them my last blood labs which clearly showed an A1C of 6.8, and they were only 4 months old, but PushCare told me that they needed newer labs, so they prescribed one. Since my insurance only covers labs every six months, they wouldn't pay for new lab. Quest wanted to charge me $700+ for the labs! So here I sit $125 poorer and no prescription! My opinion is that they are in existence just to milk money out of people with needless multiple consults, and they are in cahoots with the lab companies getting kick backs!

10/4 received and abnormal lab result from Thorne and was recommended to see PCP. I don't have one, Plush is a Care provider with our new insurance so I went to the app, had an appointment with in 30min. Dr. Mitchell Doyle suggested that the lab be redone to rule out an error. Very calming. Set up a lab retest. 10/5 I went for the labs 10/7 (a Saturday) I had the lab results, scheduled a follow up appointment with Dr. Alvarado. She was very nice, called in a prescription and suggested to follow up with a specialist. If I had gone "traditional care" I would still be waiting to get the first appointment. I have a next step care plan all within 3 days and in less than an hour!

If you don’t feel like leaving the house and you need a quick doctors note, this is the perfect opportunity for those who have an hsa card and insurance. It will cost approximately 93 dollars per visit but could be less if your insurance follows through. I had a great experience and will continue to use this site for future doctor visits. Thank you plush care. You saved my job and the doctors are extremely knowledgeable.
