I was see quickly by professional and was happy to be helped out thanks Unfortunately, my insurance refused to pay a dime. Texas Blue Cross and Blue Shield which was very disappointing they collect plenty of premium funds. I plan on changing insurance companies for life. I will appreciate any tips on a quality insurance policy that will pay for these types of interactions I apologize for that next time I’ll ask upfront what my cost will be to avoid any shock after the fact thank you very much for your help. Call a local Dr and they can see you several days later. Plush Care was called, scheduled and within a few hours I was on my way to Pharmacy to get a prescription! Dr Beaumont was thorough in her question asking and paid attention to what I said. Good experience.

Terrible company with horrible ethical billing practices. I met with the doctor and they told me that my co-pay was $10. They never notified me that it was not going to be covered or that it was an out of network cost. I explicitly asked the doctor and he said it’s only $10. They’re now billing me for $195 and they won’t let up. I even talk to someone on the phone there and they told me, just ignore the request for payment they won’t send you to collections but continue to send me threatening letters. Twice they’ve told me now that the cost was covered or that I could ignore it and yet they continue. They’re not helpful. They’re clearly trying to take advantage of people. I would highly recommend talking to your doctor about the resources available before you attempt to reach out to these guys. Extremely shady business practices.

The two doctors I have come into contact with were very professional and lovely. I am such a fan. I have had to use PlushCare twice as my PCP was backed up and was not able to get back to me in time, which is why PlushCare came in so handy. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Appointments cancelled randomly. Called into to one I actually had and the doctor never showed up. One was strangely scheduled at 6:15 am and I didn't schedule anything that early but yet they called me! I am still in bed. They charged me a no show but did refund it. I am cancelling my "membership" to this service. Disappointed. I had high hopes.

I needed a dermatologist and the site set me up with an appointment for one. Then I met with him and he was a family doctor and told me “you need a dermatologist for that.” Wouldn’t give me a refund after many attempts. Incompetent.

This organization is a sham. Horrible service. Total money grab.

Waited on line for the video call. Dr. never showed. Then I got an email saying I was the one who didn't show. And charged me $50. Customer care can't be reached. Pretty sloppy technology
