The doctor was caring and a great listener. Very easy to talk to and was engaged with my problems. Also very knowledgeable. Highly reccommend!

Fast, easy, qualified physician listened and gave me treatment plan that helped the sinus infection and discomfort.

We tried using them for our elderly parent. The technology failed and were not able to get a consultation. They refunded the $14.99. One month later, we just got another charge for $14.99. Obviously they put us on an automatic payment plan and impossible to get in touch with them to completely cancel. Stay away!!!

Like others have stated, Plushcare will require multiple virtual doctor consultations but will not help you locate the prescription(s) needed. The doctor was nice but the follow up care was pointless. The drug I needed is out of stock nationwide and Plushcare continued to encourage follow up appointments each costing me over $100.

I will be uninsured soon, so I thought Plushcare was a great way to continue my maintenance meds. The appointments were plentiful--UNBELIEVABLE. A truly fantastic service!!!!

Continue to charge a monthly fee after service was cancelled. I've cancelled twice now and I keep getting charged monthly

Buyer beware do not use this company. I am out hundreds of dollars and do not have any medication because my insurance won't cover it and the doctor should've known that. The company will not give me one dollar back for my troubles. Go to a real doctor. This doctor is not even in my state. They don't help you out once they grab you and start charging you for doctor appointments etc. and then you don't even get your medication when it's all set and done. Find a real doctor and use them.
