I just spent 140$ for them to write a prescription they said won't work and to go to urgent care. When I asked for a second opinion they told me it would cost another 100$. SCAM save your money and start at a walk in clinic.

First doctor told me if topical treatment didn't work, the next step is oral antibiotics. During the follow up I got a different doctor who told me just to go to the dermatologist as if I wouldn't have started there if I had insurance. I wrote to customer service requesting a refund or a new appointment with a different doctor and was told I could pay another 100$ for a second opinion. save your money and just go to urgent care.

The entire PlushCare system is broken. It is extremely impersonal. If you need a prior authorization don't bother. They will hand you a few questions. They do not HELP at all. As a matter of fact my insurance company told me to have them appeal it and I would probably get it. They wouldn't even try. They don't care. Their communication system through their website is awful. Nobody reads the threads, and they jump to conclusions! Do NOT use them. You will be extremely disappointed. There are much better companies and services out there that will work to keep you happy!

I contacted plush care because I didn't have time to make it to the doctor for my eczema I was given a small little 15 g tube of steroid medication that is going to last me 7 days only and then a refill with seven days only for $110 do you think they could have given me a month supply. Greed ✨ is a hell of a drug. Plush care seems to be a rip off to me

I used the service for a stressful one time use emergency and it was unclear to me that you are automatically enrolled in the membership. Fast forward 1 year and some random bills on top of what I originally paid later that they threatened to send me to collections for. After their auto renewal class action lawsuit that I read about maybe nowadays they make this more clear than when I used the service or I just missed it either way I feel this review is justified.
