Save your money and time. They purposely aren't on Google so you can't leave a review. They nickel and dime you for everything. The sent me to a lab for blood work. The laboratory was not in my insurance network. The bill is $1400 and is still pending. The doctor wrote me an RX for a medicine that has been out of stock for months. When I explained this, I was never able to speak to the doctor again. They wanted to schedule another appointment with the doctor to change the medicine.These people are crooks, RUN!!!!!

I have been thinking I had a cold sore for the past several WEEKS and treating it with an OTC medication (Lysine). I don't get cold sores so I thought this was very strange. Scheduled a phone appt and the doctor called yesterday. I asked for a new script and he was typing for a long time. I've used this service before and it was very quick so I thought it was taking a while, well he came back on and without even looking at me explained that it wasn't a cold sore at all, it's something called angular cheilitis which just looks exactly like a cold sore. So he sent over a topical cream to the pharmacy. Unfortunately, if this doesn't work I have to go see a dermatologist, but the doctor was extremely helpful!

A good concept, they don’t follow through. I’ve been having some health issues right around the holidays. It’s very hard to get an in person appointment as I don’t have a PCP. PlushCare was my PCP, at least I thought. I scheduled an appointment yesterday, the provider did not show up and I was informed 15 minutes after that they were “running late”. I went to work as I was already late due to wanting a get seen. I attempted to schedule ANOTHER appointment as they suggested many times in their emails. This morning I woke up to an email that this appointment has been canceled because my symptoms are out of scope. They suggested I be seen in person…WHERE?! Now I am out the membership charge and am no closer to getting more information about my health. The worst part is I will likely be experiencing continued health concerns, and anxiety until I can get and in person appointment. Don’t waste your time or money. Find yourself a real, in person healthcare provider.

Simple to set up, I was able to get an appointment within an hour, the doctor was professional, nice, and caring, and she had a RX in to the pharmacy within 30 minutes after I got of the call. I highly recommend.

I would give a lower rating if possible . This company states that they can prescribe in South Carolina and that they take SC BCBS insurance but after charges have been filed it is found that none of this is the case Nobody in this company knows what is going on. Doctors don’t read account notes and order unnecessary Lab Tests which are then denied by my Insurance because they had already been done weeks earlier. They tell you that they can prescribe Compounded Semiglutite and after 3 weeks of completing all of the ridiculous tasks that they force you to go through it then Turns out they cannot prescribe in South Carolina by Law. avoid this scam company at all costs

I love the easy convenience of reaching my primary care doctor via PlushCare telehealth. Dr. Garcia is kind, concerned, and professional. She provides the same referrals for labs, x-rays, diagnostics, mammograms, and refills for prescriptions that used to require a personal trip to a doctor. That meant driving to an office, hours of waiting, and exposure to others' illnesses. Plus, I can schedule an appointment on line, not wait for someone to call me back after a nurse has reviewed my chart. I LOVE THIS!

I had just started my first appointment and mentioned that I had a TIA over the weekend. I was experiencing a lot of memory problems and increasing headache, easily confused, short of breath and an increase in blood pressure during the appointment. I had a hard time, remembering the dosage of my new medication, and the doctor became very passive - aggressive, and annoyed that I was forgetting my new medication dosage. I Abruptly ended the call. The doctor later called me back, and I mentioned that I was going to the ER. I found out that I have an aneurysm in my brain in addition to the recent TIA. Later that day I attempted to get a credit for that first appointment and Customer service Declined spouting off policy and rules that I agreed to. This company has no compassion for people. This is such a vulnerable and scary time and this toxic company, uses policies and rules as an excuse to be heartless. We didn’t really have a conversation about anything during the appointment. It probably lasted three minutes . I canceled my second appointment and my membership. After 14 years of being a nurse, I am now a patient and the ill treatment has already begun. I would like to think that all the kindness and compassion that I’ve shown my patients over the years would come back around to me. I’m a travel nurse and I need this online care until I can get back to my home state and see a specialist face-to-face. This company is just another toxic healthcare company. Unfortunately, they are a dime a dozen.
