Thieves! One 15 min telehealth visit in June 2023 under a “30 day free trial” and then $14.99 a month after, they also supposedly bill insurance. I canceled within a month but was charged the $14.99 monthly fee already. So then I get a cancellation confirmation. Well they just took $143.53 from my bank account. So they steal from you and do insurance fraud. I really hope they get shutdown asap. Also, they do not allow you to remove your debit card from your account. HUGE RED FLAG. Terrible “customer service” too.

Warning: Please read the entire review. Plushcare operates in the extortionist script model. Where the provider requires you to see them every month to keep your scripts refilled. Most doctors do not operate in this model. Customers should be educated to this policy upfront as it can be considered deceptive practices to not fully disclose this information upfront prior to establishing a relationship. You might be responsible for $30 monthly plus any copays for in network or out of network care etc. during the duration of your treatment. I had a horror of an experience today with Dr. Karen Stover at PlushCare. She was rude. She was ill prepared and I later discovered she was uneducated on the treatment I was seeking and was not well educated on current health trends including research published by the 'Cleveland Clinic' about my health issues for which I was seeking treatment. It was the type of thing where you wish the person didn't take the appointment because she had nothing on her schedule and just advised you to check the calendar another day for your provider. Dr Karen Stover was so unprofessional, so rude, her candor so offensive, that I actually had to stop and take 5 minutes out of my busy day just to share this review to hopefully prevent someone else from having this unfortunate experience. Dr. Karen Stover also refused to answer questions about the state from which she practicing telemedicine in the event I wanted to file a complaint with the State Medical examiner about her 'lack of candor' in completing her duties pursuant to the American Medical Association guidelines. It was a horrible experience as a well educated business person.

Fraudulent business. Charge you 15.00 month without permission! Charged me 15.00 1 year later, since I last used, states over due bill! No paper bill, no call, emails 35 minutes on hold to hear nothing to be done about this! Don't waste your time or money!

Will bill you and bill you and bill you without an itemized breakdown and of what it’s for. They promised me insurance would cover the whole cost with a $30 copay - now $300 dollars later after 3 visits it makes no sense. I’ve sent SEVERAL emails attempting to gain clarity and a break down for charges with no response. The final email said I’d be charged automatically without payment…I again sent email asking for help and understanding without a response. A week later sure enough I was charged. My account was overdrawn and I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes on hold via phone with no response. This is so wrong to do to people. Especially when I’m trying to understand and rectify the situation (7+ times to be exact). Will be disputing with my banking company with all the screenshots of my attempt to rectify. Medical fraud at its finest

I was billed for services that I never received. Charged my insurance twice for 1 visit then said I owed $140. Took the money out of my account without authorization. Could never get a representative on the phone to address my concerns. Will be calling BBB as this fraudulent and scamming company need to be shut down immediately!!!

This company seems like a scam to me! I made an online appointment and was billed the $35 that they said it would cost. When it came time for the appointment their app would not work, kept saying something went wrong. I tried for 30 minutes to get their app to work, no luck. Then about an hour after my appointment time, it decided to work. Now today I have an EXTRA $50 charge on my card in addition to the $35 for the visit I never got due to their app malfunction! So I call the number provided hoping to get this fraudulent theft resolved. It says wait time is about 9 minutes, that was exactly 30 minutes ago and still no answer.
