Was easy to talk to.

Did not know I was paying 14.99 a month for almost 2 years. Did not realized I joined. You only got me for 20 months. Your emails never showed up in my box. Trying to cancel but was told there was a bug in the system. Had to cancel my credit card. Seems a little shady to me!

I was a brand new customer. I made an appointment. I paid. The doctor never showed up. Completely unprofessional and their responses were canned and disingenuous. I bet if they respond to this they will say- "Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry you had a less than stellar experience with us. We’d love to investigate further to see how we can improve in the future. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at reviews at plushcare.com and a member of our care team can assist you." Plushcare- Give a real response and acknowledge the issues.

They force you into a subscription for a visit. You truly get no choice. I have zero desire to be a member. It’s not worth it! You can get online care without that. If you cannot offer an honest on demand product then I am not interested in your service. APP Deleted!

Amazing!! I was so hesitant but I am sold. I felt well taken care of and all concerns addressed, took time to thoroughly explain everything, And it was so easy to book an immediate appt. I am sold this is the future of medicine and would consider switching my primary physician to Plush Care!

I have been trying to get plush to correct a bill. They charged my insurance 3x for the same appointment and claim I owe money that I do not. I gave them proof of me not owing and they have stopped responding to my messages. They are scamming, please be aware and do not use them.

Everything was fine while I had a one subscription, then the sent me a bill for money that was not in our initial deal. I’ll never use them again. Crooks
