Absolute scam artists
Absolute scam artists. They accepted my copay and paired me with a dr who did literally nothing. The insurance only paid partial amount because despite them claiming to be in network they are not. I disputed the charge and the did nothing. 90 days later they took money from my account without my approval starting “their terms and conditions give them permission to take any money they deem owed after 90 days unresolved. We got no care and ended up paying over $100 for the pleasure of getting shafted.

Thank you for reaching out. The out-of-pocket expense is based on the info your insurance plan provides us at the time of the member's booking. These charges help us provide our members with the best possible top-quality care. Typically, insurance plans will only provide an outstanding balance after the member's claim has been submitted. Please feel free to contact your insurance company for more details on this. We make sure to provide several notices and if we don't hear back after 90 days, we will charge the account holder automatically. If you have further questions, please contact your insurance plan directly to learn more about your plan. You can also reach our care team directly at [email protected]
