do not sign up it is impossible to cancel I have tried several time and I never made an appointment I never used but they keep taking money out of my account I have sent e-mails I have gone to the website Forget phone calls no one answers worse company I have ever delt with

Pretty useless for weight loss. Directed to pharmacies that wouldn’t ship and were four hours away, impossible to talk to doctor outside of appointment, even with basic questions. I’ve tried twice and won’t do it again

I booked and paid for the $99 follow up appointment to have my prescription renewed. Only to be denied that prescription by the ‘doctor’ I had to meet with because my primary care one wasn’t available this day. After insulting and berating me for trying to follow my care plan, she ‘flagged my file,’ changed my treatment plan, and removed me from a medication I’ve been on for two months with no concern for withdrawl effects or even discussing the ramifications of such a change with me. I would not recommend, nor will I ever use this service again. It is hard enough being an overweight person in the American health system. But to be treated like a piece of trash while trying to follow the care plan of your doctor is unbelievable.

Sign-up and setting my first appointment could not have been easier. The video interface was intuitive and worked flawlessly. My provider also exceeded my expectations. I could not have been happier with my first experience.

I started out super impressed by this company as a convenient way to handle minor healthcare issues and questions. I had planned to add my family members as well. I really liked my doctor. Unfortunately, I had an appointment that I rescheduled on their app and had confirmation of the change, but they charged me for a no show to the old appointment I had canceled (24 hours before it was scheduled). Customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue, and I wasn’t about to give them more money the next day to schedule the same appointment I had already had scheduled. Thinking an on-ground doc, while not as convenient, might be the best way to go than relying on an app that apparently isn’t working right all of the time for scheduling.

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION. They put you into a monthly subscription of $17 and it is impossible to break. It is a scam! Customer service is worthless
