I have had a great experience with PlushCare. Dr. Britton has been amazing and he has set up a treatment plan for my hypertension, high blood pressure, and diabetes that I feel confident in. The only issues I have had were in regards to prescription changes and the absence of a physical location. I requested a minor prescription for a glucose monitor right after my appointment but the customer care told me I needed to pay for an entire appointment in order to talk to the doctor or make any changes. I also was able to receive some free and reduced cost medications but the manufacturer would only ship to a physical doctor's office. Other than these minor issues, I have really been satisfied with the quality of care that Dr. Britton has provided. I also like that I can view all of my appointments, prescriptions, and summaries from the app and web app.

THEY ARE A SCAM IF YOUR USING HEALTH INSURANCE! I am very dissatisfied with my experience. In February 2024 I enrolled into PLUSH and provided my info and made payment to see a provider for weight loss. On February 25th 2024 I had my visit with Dr. Rachel Easterwood, MD. It was easy and I felt hopeful. She ordered bloodwork and I had it done. I made a follow up with her for March 6th and she did not show up to the visit. I was told it was a schedule error. So I rescheduled again for March 10th and once again she did not join the call for the appointment. The "care team" takes MANY days to over a week to respond and the "care team" number puts you on hold so long you eventually have to hang up. I decided to try a different provider today March 11th 2024 and she was so unhelpful and refused to hear what I was saying and automatically denied treatment even though I explained my medical need and the fact that I am already on the medication but I can not afford it out of pocket with the clinic I am with now...BUT PLUSH accepts my insurance which is why I am making the change over to PLUSH. She kept talking in circles and would not listen to anything I had to say. She tried to flip the script multiple times when I corrected her with facts on why her google search of my medication is not a good fit for me in her opinion, it was a very bizarre interaction and person in general, i began to laugh a little because she was so unexperienced and seemed like a paid actor so she said she would refund my visit with her. Not only did I pay out of pocket for the visits and waste my time waiting on appointments that were a no show, I am still without my medication. This service seems very suspicious and I am concerned PLUSH is purposely denying I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

Good doctors but horrible customer support PlushCare is convenient of course and the doctors are all really helpful and informed but wow is the customer support nauseating. PlushCare submitted my prescription request to my insurance or at least they said they did. There was a lot of back and forth because my insurance said they didn't receive it after 2 weeks. About 10 phone calls later my insurance finally reached out and called PlushCare directly and faxed the prior authorization directly to them and told them to mark it urgent so that I wouldn't be stuck waiting again but PlushCare ignored that request and now I'm on the hook again for another 2 weeks for review. It really is shameful because it appears as the goal is just to force me into another month's membership because they know I'm dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend PlushCare at this point.

Dr. Was good, kind and helpful, they took so long to get my lab results back. I have filled out the form for the pre approval of my medication and sent to their staff 10 days ago, my insurance has not received it yet. It’s been over a month in the unsuccessful process of trying to get a prescription medication from their service. I try to call PlushCare and get stuck in never answered calls. Very frustrating

I now must pay for a 2nd appointment because the Doctor failed to recognize the symptoms of an infection, and didn't prescribed antibiotics. Basically, I paid for the doctor to tell me I may have covid, because, nowadays that's all it exists apparently. Here I am still really sick 4 days after and with no medication. When the doctor himself said to call back for medication. However, on his notes he wrote must schedule a follow up?!

Great experience! I decided to try the service and was able to schedule an appointment within 45 minutes of signing up. I had ZERO wait time for the appointment and had a Rx sent to my pharmacy within 15 minutes. This process would have taken a few days at best had I made an appointment and gone to my normal primary care doctor, and I probably would have been sitting in the waiting room for an hour. With PlushCare, I scheduled the appointment, attended the appointment and got the Rx in a little less than an hour. On top of that, I got a message from the doctor the next following up on me. Amazing!

Stank ass company on the fine line of being a scam. At first they take your insurance But that’s when they lube up when you try and book follow up and tell you that they don’t take it and hit you with a high bill Don’t trust their insurance copay policy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please DO NOT sign up here. The dr.'s didn't show up a few times and I was still charged $50. I called them immediately and they said the dr. sai I no showed. Total scam. Then I asked to cancel that same day 7/10/2023. My membership "expired" in their portal on June 25th. I was charged over $100 Feb. 2024. I emailed in the portal today march 7th and I was told that was from my insurance. I asked for documentation of the services/charges, they are only able to send paper with a code and an amount. No date of service, dr seen etc. I asked about that, then they sent me a list of correct dates with the wrong providers. Now it says I canceled on march 7th. and I owe $1.89. I guess this is the charge for them making sure my account was canceled. DO NOT give them your CC info.
