Plushcare's Dr. Allison Lovell, MD was revoltingly impolite and dismissive. This physician was insensitive to my well-being, my emotions, and the current state of my health. While I was responding to a question she asked, she abruptly stated "Excuse Me" as if I were "Interrupting" her. This physician lacks all compassion, and I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking her care, particularly if they are ill. Calling a doctor should be simple; doing so should not feel like you are being reprimanded in front of the school principal.

Super Easy, all wonderful doctors. I have used several and I am grateful for this service. It's so much easier than traveling to the doctors office and waiting. No wait, the doctor connects on your phone video.

The entire experience was efficient and easy, from scheduling the appointment to meeting with the doctor. I like being able to see the same doctor and choosing which doctor I schedule with.

Horrible, please DO NOT waste your money and your time. These people lost the sample I sent, refused to give me any medicine to relief the pain while waiting for the results from the lab, they do not have any professionalism, please see a doctor in person. This plushcare should’ve been closed bc they just want your money! Horrible company horrible service horrible! Starting from the doctors. I will NEVER recommend it.

Love my doctor. She is exceptional. Thorough, helpful, compassionate virtual visits for those late night "uh, oh, something is wrong" experiences. Prescriptions ordered immediately for you so you can begin treatment right away. Necessary adjunct to my regular MD who needs labs first and never has urgent appointments. By the time he can see me for issues I am in further distress. Appreciate Plush Care's place in the medical delivery system.

Once you book your first appointment (and pay for it), they charge you a small membership fee of $15-$20 every month regardless of whether you are working with them or not. I hope they get a class-action lawsuit.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE, they matched me with providers that were “in network providers” turns out they weren’t and i was sent a bill for 150 instead of the 25 they advertise due to them matching me with an out of network provider.

The online doctor I spoke with was great on the video call. However, I just received a bill from PlushCare that is over $100 after insurance! I have over $120 in a phone consult. Had I have known that, I would have gone to a walk-in clinic. I pay way less there with insurance!
