My doctor was very sweet but the overall experience is very misleading after taking the quiz. They want to make it seem like you are qualified for GLP-1 meds right away just for that to not be the case SMH. LIES! There are other places that will prescribe you properly without trying to take your money. Refused labs and prescriptions and they are forcing me to pay a $25 copay. Will be resolving with my bank because I should be be entitled to pay it when I refusing labs and prescriptions plus I did not have a good experience. Waste of time! I am not taking two other meds and then have to wait and see if I can or cannot get GLP-1 meds. That is very harmful to the body!

Honestly, this is such a bad company and medical system. The doctors are low quality and rude, and there is no way to speak with your doctor without making and paying for a new appointment, even if it’s just a quick follow-up message or question. I’ve had several appointments with Plush Care and have never been able to actually get a medication, despite having one prescribed to me by them for almost a year. At my “appointments,” my doctor will tell me to change my pharmacy and that he’ll call a new script in once I do, and then my “care team” will tell me I need another appointment for him to call the medication in. It’s honestly absurd to ask patients to pay for a new appointment anytime there’s a simple hiccup, which makes me think the whole company is set up to scam people. This has happened to me 2-3 times now. Beyond that, the doctor I was working with raised his voice at me and told me I needed to “figure out what I want by myself” when I was asking simple questions for clarification about medications. He made me feel stupid for not understanding the process and condescended to me for not having the same knowledge he has. I don’t recommend Plush Care to anyone.

Used PlushCare for about 1 year. Has been difficult getting through to a person if you have a question. Sometimes can be confusing trying to schedule and most recently had a form with questions pop up which I completed and then I’m charged an extra $20 for it, which insurance declined to pay. Deceptive.

When you make an appointment be aware that you are automatically enrolled in a membership. On the website it sounds like it’s optional. But it’s not!! You get a better price if you’re a member. Be aware!!

What a joke!!

Zero stars!! Warning: detalied and long I signed up for Plushcare behind an advertisement stating I could get an Ozempic Rx. The also advertise up to 80% off Rx AND discount labs. Naturally, booking an appointment is so easy. You can get one right this second if you want! That's the end of the easy button and the beginning of the scam. Had my appt. Was told I can't get Ozempic but could get Weygovy. I needed to get labs. I was instructed and in this order... Go get labs done at LabCorps or Quest Diagnostics. I go to Labcorps. Of course the order isn't there. Issue one. Get the labs done and am.promptly handed a $202 bill. Wait? I have a discount with Plushcare. No. No discount with Plushcare. I contact Plushcare. They tell me the discount is only at Quest. Ok that's great. YOUR Dr. sent me to Labcorps. Seems that's a Plushcare issue. Was told too bad. No refund. I'm livid but what can I do? Lab results come in. I'm directed to make another Dr. appt to go over results. Another $130. There is Zero reason to have to pay for a 2nd visit. The Dr could and should sent a message and just sent the Rx in. So I'm out $462 so far. In reality I should have only been out of pocket $149 for 1 Dr. visit and $20 for labs at Quest. So I get the Rx. Go to the pharmacy and am told it's over $4000. What??? Plushcare has no discount on this Rx (bait and switch advertising) and the mfg coupon only works with 28 day supplies. Which I found out after a 45 min hold time with Novodisk. Insurance doesn't cover anything. So I immediately send an email to Plushcare stating I need the Rx changed to 28 days vs 112. Crickets. I call. 25 mins on hold and a promise they will take care of it. Crickets. Another message. Crickets 4th contact and 5 days later, they tell me they sent the updated 28 day Rx. Great. I head to the pharmacy thinking with the mfg coupon it should be 7-800$. Which is still damn near unobtainable but I gotta make it happen. They tell me it's now $1600 for a 28 day supply. Lesser quantity, outrageously higher price. With the $500 it would be $1100, which I can not afford at all. And now they tell me I need previous authorization? From who? I'm paying out of pocket? I'm almost in tears now. I have sent two more messages to Plushcare. Crickets. At this point I firmly believe this entire system is an utter scam. I think Plushcare uses deceptive advertising and I believe they are in cahoots with Novodisk to screw over clients. It's insane. I'm out of pocket $462 and have got nothing in return. I have demanded they return at least $129 for one of the unnecessary appts and immediately cancel this service. Crickets. There is no customer service at all. I'm disgusted and embarrassed I fell for this at my age. ** AVOID PLUSHCARE AT ALL COSTS

Short staffed and very strange. I signed up for weight loss management. It started ok until you need the prescription. The weight loss drug I am on requires me to go in search for it. So after my dr appt I say yes put the script to this pharmacy. And after two days of said pharmacy not getting ahold of me I decide to move it to another place that everyone says is good. Mind you I am three days away from my next needed dose. I call PlushCare and they said they will take care of it. So I wait for an auto message the new pharmacy has it. Nothing. So next day I reach out to PlushCare again and they said it is in queue to be done this week. What? Are you kidding me? I need the dose in two days. They consider it a life med and not a required med. terrible place. I need to order my dosage and or get in queue as quick as possible for waitlist. Terrible staff and no concept of patient needs. Need to find a new place to go now as I am very unhappy with their service. Update. It is now April 5th and my script still has not been transferred. Terrible service.

I used them for 2 years until last month. They have become terrible. It used to be free with my Copay and now i am being charge 75$ per visit. Are you kidding me.. plus the monthly fee and others fee i had to pay 146$. Im done. They won't get any more money from me. The doctors also decide to not show, just like that, right before your appointment, when you need medication refill. Now they also only prescribe you 1 month refill at a time so that you have to use their annoying service every month with doctors that don't show up whenever they feel like it.
