Beware of this company. so called Dr. Bonnie Berger-Durnbaugh is a fraud. She is also a Lier. I talked to her back on 05/21/23 and she did not do anything for me and told me that she would not charge me for talking to her. Now almost 1 year later is trying to charge my credit card for something she told me she would NOT do. I hate liars and would NOT recommend this place to my family, friends or worst enemy. I trusted her and really thought she would do what she said and NOT charge me, because she did not do anything, and we were not the video more than 5 minutes. This is why people do don't trust people, because of her. She gives this company a really BAD names and is setting a BAD example.

I LOVE my physician on Plushcare but the customer service is greatly lacking. I keep asking for updates on the prior authorization they are supposed to submit to my insurance and I just keep getting the same copy and pasted response. Today I called in and after waiting 30 min was told they are still working on it. My last appointment was April 19.

Doctor literally never showed. Customer service rep “Zen” was very rude

I have been charged a monthly service fee and have not used their services. I can’t remove my credit card and I tried to cancel my membership online and the instructions they provide are not supported on their website or app. I called for assistance and was on hold 15 minutes and then I was hung up on. I sent an instant message for support and was told I’ll get a response in 2-3 days. I’m extremely frustrated. I have been charged a fee on my HSA account for several months and just realized it. It should not be this difficult to cancel a membership.

My visits w/ Dr. Jaw are always perfect. I had made multiple visits to work around lab work that she needed to discuss health and refill prescriptions. And I thought I cancelled all visits not needed. However one was not and came thru this morning to my surprise. I'm annoyed that being a regular patient that I could not reschedule it for a near future visit and instead was charged 50.00 I also prior to these visits reached out to the Health Team and Coordinators to explain special circumstances of my need for an emergency supply of meds due to travel. I think the draw back to the experience is everything is very robotic as far as support on the app. As I said none of this has anything to do with my physician.

The online doctor from plush care told us to have my 2 years old deal with the pain , in addition to misdiagnoses, no medication or treatment was given. We had no choice but took our kid to see other doctor in clinic the next day. Right away , the pediatrician prescribed antibiotics and other medications. I won’t use Plush Care anymore. Based on our experience , it is a scam indeed not to mention we have to pay upfront and being charged again after with insurance.

I ended up seeing Plush Care doctors twice for an illness this month. Both appointments were quick and easy and the doctors were knowledgeable and kind.

I loved the physician, but I have been waiting 40 days now for Plush to send the appeal to my insurance company for the medication. I have been told several times that they are have sent their part, and the insurance company has no history of receiving it. I'm in a "he said, she said" bs of a situation and I'm giving up on them. They have charged me for 3 months of "membership", for nothing, I'm guessing that's how they make as much money as they can
