Do not bother with plushcare they will waste your time and money. I was on call with the care team 5 times for the same situation. The team and Dr dress specifically don't care. They literally dragged me through the mud and I have depression and anxiety 🙃 oh I went and got blood work done and everything for them, but was told by the doctor who started my fmla that he won't continue it while being rude after he said if I have any more issues to reach back to him... Pure Discrimination

They deceptively quote you one price and then weeks later say you will have to pay a lot more. They are annoying and will email you everyday. DO NOT go to this company. You are NOT getting a good deal. They should be investigated.

This past weekend, after traveling to three different places within the week, my allergies took a painful turn early that Sunday morning. My mother was with me that was relying on my ability to be there for her for this trip. I found PlushCare. Dr Goel was on time, kind, and efficient with his communication, care, and prescription order. Then, I messed up and select a pharmacy that was closed on Sunday. I called the companies coordination of care line, with not hold time, I spoke to a very knowledgeable rep who helped me update my pharmacy to one that opened at 10a. At 10:03a I received a text from the company that my order had been updated and sent. Receiving pharmacy text me acknowledging receipt and was ready for pick up by 10:37a. PlushCare, Dr Goel, and the coordination rep genuinely save my trip and saved my budget. Three days later I’m also on the upside of my allergy flare up!

Quick appointment scheduling and using my phone was on a telehealth call. Doctor was wonderful and on time. Took the time to address my needs and asked questions to better serve me.

In November of 2022, I made a telehealth appointment with Dr. Teresa Schreader. After reviewing my labs, she prescribed Mounjaro and in December of 2022, I started my weight loss program. Dr. Schreader provided educational information, insight and advice that was invaluable. It is now May of 2024 and I have lost over 100lbs, all while experiencing very few side effects and practicing mindful nutrition and adding exercise to my life. I meet my protein, water and exercise goals- - that is something I could have never said without Dr. Schraeder. Her knowledge is second to none. If your objective is to make healthy changes that result in you living your life WELL, I would highly recommend her. She is an exceptional doctor who has been instrumental in me achieving goals and ultimately, extending my life. I am actually healthy and happy now, without experiencing any of the extremes that patients who use tirzepatide, report.

I booked an appointment to see a doctor that was late in the evening, because I was 7 months pregnant and didn’t want to wait in the ER. The doctor was great, however this service is absolute trash. I wasn’t able to get in touch with customer service after hours to get the RX called in to an open pharmacy, so money and time wasted. Months after the appointment, I am getting a bill. For $11. I paid the full cash price and because they don’t take my insurance, I am now being billed MORE than the cash price. I called and they said they can’t do anything about it. I will NEVER use this service ever again. Don’t waste your time and money. Their customer service is horrible and won’t ever get back to you.

I was genuinely impressed with the expertise and knowledge of my prescriber. Far from being a hasty, prescription-only service, this was comprehensive medical care. Within just 15 minutes, my doctor diagnosed a problem that had troubled me for the past six months—a problem that three other prescribers had not resolved, despite in-person consultations. Initially, I was skeptical, anticipating a superficial experience. However, the care I received was exceptional. Living in a rural community, I found the quality of care surpassingly better than what's typically available locally, provided by a doctor who would otherwise not practice in my area.

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. I met with a doctor 3 weeks ago and spent $69 because it was out-of-network. She prescribed a medicine that required prior authorization and it took the company more than 2 weeks to submit it to my insurance company which denied it. I am now being told that, in order to talk to her about alternative medicines, I need to book another $69 appointment. It is useless, expensive and more than 3 weeks later, I am no closer to getting the care I need.
