Worst health care in history! Scam artists! Claim they accept insurance but they really don’t accept most insurances. They’re the reason American people have the worst healthcare in the world. To see a doctor it’s 129 and if you need to get a refill on your prescription and the doctor forgot to do it during a session You will have to pay 129 again just to tell him he forgot to send out a refill. On top of this you’re paying $16 .99 for a membership that doesn’t include any useful benefits . The only thing this program is good for is to maybe get some weight lost medicine . And with even that they’ll give a placebo type medicine instead of ozemtic and claim it’s just as effective. When infact it’s a dud and has no affect whatsoever. Just stay away from these predatory telehealth type companies especially this one.

I had an appointment with a doctor who told me and I have in text that once I sent in paperwork they would prescribe the medication within 7 days. Seven days later I have no prescription. They charged my insurance company who I’m thinking of calling and reporting fraud. I did not receive the prescription within the time frame. Also, I was not informed beforehand that I needed bloodwork to receive prescription. I was told the blood work needed to be from the past two months. I have bloodwork and records from a year ago and should be used. They are making money off the bloodwork. Unless someone has a previous medical condition that requires recent bloodwork then it shouldn’t be required.

Scheduled an appointment for an online telehealth ADHD diagnosis and treatment. Was told by the provider they don't do that (their site says they do) but I can get a referral. Refuse to issue a refund and I'm going to make sure my insurance isn't billed either.

The Doctor was very helpful and thorough. She helped me in an efficient way and listened to all my concerns.

My labs were never tested. They had to be sent to California, and I never really received any follow-up information from the doctor. I'm still having the same issue and now I'm at urgent care.

Absolutely amazing! My regular doctor's plan was to make me continue to suffer from a severe UTI until I could get an appointment. After talking with my PlushCare Doctor for about 20 minutes (and filling out standard questionnaires) I got the medication I needed. Within two days I was feeling great!

Both my insurance card and my EOB from my Plushcare insurance claims say I owe $0 for my Plushcare visits, but Plushcare charged me for them. I've spent months trying to get refunded, but it has been impossible. They even charged my insurance for a "specialist" visit (even though they are Primary Care only) so that they could get more money. I liked the ease of seeing a doctor, but with the billing errors and impossible resolution, I won't be using Plushcare again.

239$ for one 15 minute session. Never. Ever again. I even have Blue Cross Blue Shield. They sent me probably 30 emails/notifications in 2 days. I'd rather die than go back to them.
