Customer Service is AMAZING!! I can't go a day without using my Plunge, often twice per day. On Friday, I cleaned our plunge and when I refilled it, we had no water flow. The customer service team followed up on my email within minutes and had someone at my house the next day (a Saturday) by 11am and they were able to fix the issue. Fixed in less than 24hrs and I didn't even miss a day! Above and beyond service, you have a customer for life!!!

I would like to acknowledge two exceptional team members at the Plunge company. We ordered our eloquent Plunge machine & encountered a few issues in the beginning. I had some trouble getting in touch with the right people for a period of time. However, sales & business development representative AJ Barker went out of her way to be our customer service liaison and put us directly into contact with Billy Duran, Director of Customer Support. Billy was timely & creative in helping us find a resolution to a standing issue we had. He went above and beyond to serve us & he’s truly outstanding amongst the company. These two are the reason we’re sticking with Plunge!! Thank you Billy & AJ!!!

Find another product because their customer service is a joke! Had plunge about 18mos and the circulating pump broke on 06/05/2024. I contacted the support/repair dept. and it’s been a joke since. It’s 07/27/2024 and still no pump that works. Apparently they don’t stock the original pump model and after 6 weeks of aggravation, they sent me a “retrofit” pump that did not connect. Then they sent an “adapter” this week that bypasses the original controller and assured me it would work. Installed it and nothing. Does not work. I have dealt with multiple people who promise calls that are not made, appear to lack basic knowledge etc. I believe it is “on line foreign agents” that I’m dealing with, when they respond. FIND ANOTHER PRODUCT as it’s not worth owning this one if you can’t get a simple part. Haven’t been able to use it for nearly 2 months!

Plunge is great. I received my plunge but there was a small issue. They resolved it and went above and beyond. Highly Recommend.

I recently had two issues with two Plunge Evolve Pro Chillers. However, they ended up having nothing to do with Plunge. One was user error and one was a badly damaged unit due to FedEx shipping. I wanted to post about the excellent and engaged tech support I received from Plunge. While it took a day or two for them to engage, once they did, they were very responsive and had excellent materials to help me trouble shoot the first problem (that filter has to sit just right or pressure can build and it can leak) and they replaced my other chiller that broke during shipment and expedited my order. While frustrated, I was very happy with their level of support. Also, I love my two Plunge Air unit and the Evolve Pro Chiller both looks and functions great. I will be buying another 1-2 Plunge All-In's for another property shortly. Good work Plunge.

ordered and paid for a over $9k for a plunge over 2 months ago. I was promised it will get delivered to me within 3 weeks. after 2 months, no one would return my calls and only communicated via email. they kept telling me it is on the way. Found out the shipping company never picked up my order from plunge. I had to put in a credit card dispute to get my refund. do not trust this company. please do your due diligence before giving them your money.

We have had our plunge less than a year. We own the XL. The chiller broke. We called 6 days ago about it. Sent in pictures and videos like they requested. Was supposed to respond in 24/48 hrs. No response. Called again yesterday and waited on the phone for an hour to talk to a manager. The customer rep said the manager said they would call me back and didn’t want to keep me waiting. No one called me back. They said they can’t contact the service department via phone and just have to keep submitting requests for service. We explained it’s been longer than 24/48 hrs and they say because there are so many service tickets they can’t keep up. At this point our plunge is useless and we have no idea when it will be fixed.
