I’ve been using the Plunge for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best investments I’ve made for my health and recovery. The setup was simple, the design looks great, and the water stays consistently cold without any hassle. What I love most is how much better I feel after using it—my soreness goes down, my energy goes up, and I always come out feeling clear-headed and refreshed. It’s become a daily ritual that I actually look forward to. If you’re considering a cold plunge, I can’t recommend Plunge enough. It’s reliable, easy to maintain, and makes a huge difference in recovery and overall well-being.

The plunge and sauna just feel solid. It's the best part of visiting my friend in California. I thought I was just going to buy the sauna but the plunge is more necessary that I realized. Always leave my friend's place feeling refreshed and energized.

I LOVE my cold plunge and sauna. Delivery and setup were super easy, and both look even better person. The app is really handy too.

I love the Plunge experience itself. My 2-star review is pertaining to when there was an issue with my 1st Generation Plunge. It took months of back and forth to get the correct part. The first part that was recommended to me turned out to be the incorrect one. I then was told to purchase additional parts to fix my problem and had to fight for those since the mistake was on Plunge's part. I was also sent the incorrect parts twice. Eventually I was connected with Kevin, who was able to get me what I needed, but that was a few months into the very frustrating process.

I made the decision to go with plunge after extensive research and looking at every other possible option. I could not be happier with my product, the ease of use and how well it work/operates! Fortunately I have not had to deal with any customer service or support as everything is working perfectly!

Still waiting for a response from the last message I received over a week ago was the engineers were going to review the problem. Well I’m still holding my breath. I did receive a call about 10 days ago. I requested this instead of doing everything by email but I live in Hawaii so the call came in at 5:30 in the morning while I was sleeping. Hope someone can call me back to solve this on going issue but please remember the time difference.

The plunge has made a huge difference in workout recovery. My joints and muscles feel so much better. It has greatly reduced soreness recovery. I’ve also feel my skin is softer. I get in daily for 5 min at 48 degrees

I bought a 2nd-hand Plunge from a first-time Plunge Customer who was relocating. I had been enjoying Plunging 3-4 times per week (only after I get out, though 🤣). After returning from from a brief trip I found an error code, so I looked it up and it required a technician, so I logged my issue via the app, and then again from the website. It was Memorial Day weekend, so I was notified that I'd be contacted after the holiday. I waited and didn't hear anything on the Tuesday following, so a bit frustrated I got to LinkedIn and looked for a good customer support contact. I got in touch with Billy the Director of Customer Care. He diagnosed a host of things for me and sent me a part thinking it might be a fix, but knowing it may be a longshot. Worst case, I'd have to buy a new chiller. Of course I was disappointed, b/c i had only just acquired the used unit a few months before. We discussed a refurbished unit if the part didn't fix the problem. While I was required to buy a refurbished unit after all was said and done, the attention and care shown to helping me solve my problem, even sending me a six-pack of filters (unsolicited). While I did have to pay for a refurbished unit, they took care of shipping and offered me an extended warranty. It's not always about things working perfectly...but it IS about knowing someone cares about your customer experience more than a review. Thank you to Billy, and to Plunge. Now, give Billy the employee of the month parking spot!
