Requesting assistance from Plunge was fast and within a few days I was handed several options to pursue. There were several iterations of trouble shooting, but at all levels I was never alone in the process. The final solution worked with the team of Deanna, Kevin and Engineer James Blackburn. The solution involved replacing several parts guided James, who made himself available during his vacation. A shoutout goes to the whole team at Plunge.

I've tried several different brands of cold tubs and my Plunge has been the nicest by far! Beautiful tub, feels very high quality, and the one time I did have an issue they sent a technician out right away to repair. Thank you for the great service!

Absolutely LOVE my Plunge Pod!! I'm 6'4" and I fit comfortably inside. First, delivery was sooner than promised. Always nice. Super easy to unpack and set up. Second, one day won't make a big difference but consistent day after day plunging makes a notable improvement in both mind and body. I'm a senior citizen and I have never felt better!! Third, I plunge before my workout and yes, I've noticed improvement. Fourth, maintenance is very easy. Water quality testing, filter cleaning and replacement is straight forward and simple. I couldn't be happier about my decision to purchase a Plunge Pod!!

Hi Scott, Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to share this incredible review. It's wonderful that you are finding the maintenance straightforward. We work hard to make it that way. Most importantly, we are absolutely thrilled that you are experiencing such notable improvements in both mind and body. Hearing that you've never felt better is the highest compliment we could ever receive. Our founder Michael Garrett is quite tall also, so we make them all accommodable for each of us, big and small! Thank you again for your kind words and for choosing Plunge. Welcome to the family, and happy plunging! - Plunge Customer Support

Wonderful product. I am so glad I went with Plunge. I went with the Pod version in order to save space and it's perfect. Very comfortable to sit in, outside of the ice cold water of course. I always feel refreshed and ready to start my day. I did have a question on the app but when I called a young man named Billy answered, he was exceptional, he quickly answered my question. Very impressed with the overall experience. Thank you.

The plunge purchase was well worth it. As someone with a weakened immune system, I have noticed that I am not encountering sicknesses, ailments and pain nearly as much. I'm still getting used to the cold water shock, but this product has been extremely beneficial for me.
Response from PlungeSep 24, 2025
Hi Quandel, Wow, that is so amazing to hear! It is truly amazing the impact that cold plunging, contrast therapy and our products can have and we absolutely love hearing about it. A little cold water shock to assist with your ailments and is something a trade-off we fully believe in. Thanks so much once again, Quandel. Here's to keeping you feeling well! - Plunge Customer Support
