The water pump quits after about 3 months. The support is horrible!!! A pump went out again, after 6 months of use. Trying to order a part has gotten worse, and I thought that wasn't possible based on previous interactions. There is no customer service, only non-reply emails, I cant even email the support so I have a record. Only through their sight which does not give me a copy of anything. These people sell shoddy parts that dont last at high prices. a stupid pump is like $300!!!! So buyer beware. I'm sure the reason they went so non customer interaction is because there are so many complaints. Well guess what plunge, Now I'm taking it public. I'll look for everywhere I can to warn about your crap product and crap service and crap parts! I can get water pump much stronger for less than 100, but Then it would not fit. Well I bought 3 units, much too my dismay, and I would never get involved with this company. They are just charlottons.

After posting my initial review, I was contacted directly by Plunge’s customer support team regarding the issues I’ve experienced with my unit over the last two years. To their credit, they offered to replace the defective part at no cost to me, which I genuinely appreciate. Considering the amount of money I’ve already spent on repairs and replacement parts, it was good to finally feel heard and see some accountability taken. I’m still hopeful that the long-term reliability of the product improves, but I do want to acknowledge the effort their team made to help resolve the issue after my review was posted. Looking forward to getting everything fixed and hopefully back to enjoying the plunge the way it was intended.

Plunge with flawless victory. From my initial contact with Jonathan, thru Caitlin with next day support solution (user error not Plunge), including a gorgeous unit, I could not be happier. Mini came as promised, on time. I am hooked so far with people and product. Would highly recommend and buy again without hesitation. Daily responses from Plunge staff, all questions answered and addressed quickly and completely. This is how a buying experience should be. A++.

Caitlin at Plunge was very responsive and even followed up with me after a day, which is very rare in the customer service world. On top of that, she helped me with an odd request that made a big difference in us being able to use our Sauna and Plunge. Great customer service overall so far!

I purchased the all in PLUNGE a few years ago and I absolutely love this product- can’t live without it. Had a couple small repairs along the way, but after establishing great communication with customer service, they were very helpful and I must give accolades to the repair tech that came out - Michael - he was amazing!!!! Keeping it clean and maintained is a breeze. Highly recommend.
