It came unbelievably quickly and the set up was top notch. Except the cover has a large tear on the top.

Gosh, where to begin. I’ll try and keep this simple. I became a fanatical cold plunger. For about 10 months my unit worked marvelously. No issues. I was told to get the extended warranty before a year. I called at 11 months after having set a calendar mark and they told me that you have to get the warranty in 10 months. I explained that they were the ones that told me to call before a year and they said that they are sorry that they screwed up. So no extended extended warranty. OK. Well, after that, everything just started breaking. I have probably replaced everything on the cold plunge now except for the chiller itself. Every single time I buy a new piece I install it and they tell me that a different piece is broken, which is why I can’t get it up and running. I am at about 25 months of ownership now and the thing has been down for over half of that because I’ve become disgruntled and frustrated. I’ve easily spent another $2000. Just trying to get it back up and running. I’m a handy person. I’m not some idiot. But literally every part at this point has been broken. Or at least close to it. I think this is the only time I’ve ever gotten on trust pilot if that tells you something I would absolutely never buy anything from Plunge again. Given their price point they cannot screw over the customer the way that they do. The only reason I didn’t go lower on my review is because I think that the product is conceptually a good one. But my God… Buy from someone else.

Plunge continues to prove its worth the money. Great product although we have been unfortunate to have a few leaks. Both times plunge has been quick to respond and made the repaid process smooth and easy. I appreciate them and look forward to getting my plunge back up and running soon!

I have the Plunge All-In Gen2. I have only had it installed for about 24 hours but so far everything is great. I followed the very easy instructions on setting everything up and it was down to 37 degrees in just a few hours. My only complaint, if it really is one, is the fan when it runs is loud. I have the plunge indoors so that’s kind of annoying but I believe it will run less now that it’s down to temp. I’ve worked mainly with Jonathan and he’s been pretty helpful and very responsive. I will report back if I have any other feed back to offer. I see a lot of negative reviews but unsure if any of them are the Gen 2. I was told, by Jonathan, that they resolved a lot of issues in the Gen 2.
