When my chiller stopped working, I contacted the company at the end of March 2026.. After lengthy email communications during which I had to send multiple copies of videos showing the defect, I was contacted that I had to send more videos to a different company to see if it was under warranty. Finally, the last week of May I received a new chiller. The huge box. was delivered FedEx, and left on my front porch by the delivery driver. The box weighs over 170 pounds. I have received no help whatsoever with set up of the new chiller or removal of the broken one despite many attempts requesting help.

HORRIBLE customer service regarding repairs. I've been trying for weeks to get my warranty approved, through my Extended Warranty purchased through PLUNGE, and i continue getting the run-around. I even scheduled a meeting on their support site to discuss, which was then canceled without any opportunity for discussion. Hope you NEVER need ANY support from these guys. I'm shopping for a new Plunge now and throwing this one away.

I am 100% disabled veteran! I have never plunged in my life my Dr suggested it might help to try a cold plunge for my back shoulders and knee conditions! I was very lucky and was able to speak with Kolby from customer support! He and the entire management staff have been extremely helpful in getting me started on my cold plunge journey! I couldn’t be more thankful and more impressed with the company!
