At first, this sounded like a wonderful answer to my absent mindedness of forgetting to take all my meds.. it's a nice idea in theory. But, this company really does suck. It's messed up almost every order. Missing meds for 2 months straight. I went without a necessary diabetes med for 3 weeks before noticing it wasn't in the packet, when I called, they sent an emergency supply to my local pharmacy and promised it would be in my next shipment...it wasn't. Also, I waited forever for my migraine meds that my doc called in, and when they never showed I called them only to be told that I HAVE to call them to get them sent, that they don't fill the scripts automatically. Out of 6 meds, they have only been sending 2 of them and I have to fight and wait for the rest. I'm canceling and going back to Walgreens now.

SUMMARY: BEWARE - Promised diabetic medications never arrived - OUT OF MEDS. Was looking forward to all the promises made by this service so I started my transition. 6 prescriptions. 2 transferred immediately. I needed to have my doctor resubmit the other 4. During this time, I spoke to PP 3 times on the phone and chatted multiple times. I was assured, by multiple PP representatives, that I would get my medication on time as I made it very clear the date I ran out: "We'll be sure to over night those for you." Well... no meds... just off the phone with PP. Being told that, because it is a saturday, I'll not get the meds until Tuesday.. 4 DAYS WITHOUT DIABETIC MEDS. The customer service seems confused and baffled. I had to suggest to him the next step (which I knew because of all the previous conversations I had with PP.) I had him transfer the prescriptions back to my old pharmacy... he says I'll have them in 5 hours... we'll see (more to come.) With every conversation, I explained my concerns that the meds would not arrive on-time. Each time I was assured they would. PP is a total mess.

Terrible terrible service, since Amazon has purchased pill pack they have completely lost all credibility.if anything goes wrong they have terrible customer service and they're not willing to help you I would advise anybody that needs medicine on a regular basis not to use this service.

My old mail order company 3 months supply.....one co pay.....pill pack insists only one month supply they state cause prescriptions change....copay every month vs one copays every 3 months....same amount....also got everything wrong...mistakes you name it.....RUN AWAY DONT WALK.

Horrible. Long wait times, medications aren’t synced up, and here’s the latest mess: They sent me an email saying copays had gone up on 2 meds and I should call in if I want them removed from shipment. I called 31 MINUTES LATER, told them to pause those meds. They shipped them out, billed me anyway and are now denying my refund request. So beware: they apparently think they can bill for anything at anytime because “that’s our policy.”

Oh wow, they are just terrible. First of all, they hold ALL your medications until they can ship all of them at the same time. So if you are running low, you need to call to get a special shipment. Secondly, they question your current medications, and will not ship anything on which they have not received a prior authorization. Even if you've been taking it for years. Finally, their huge and voluminous packaging is a huge waste of resources. There is no reason why they need to package everything in its own humongous box, but they do. One tiny bottle = one big box of its own. Horrible.

Terrible service. I signed up, and a couple months later had a change in meds, I called in the change because I couldn’t do it myself. I was assured it would be changed. When it came in there was not a single change. I called and said it was totally incorrect so they offered to resend me a correct pack. A new pack came and was short on 2 medications. When I called and asked they said they were unable to get ahold of dr office to get prescription. I called dr office and as always got a call back within a couple of hours. So then I called pill pack to verify what the next shipment had the correct meds, but was told they couldn’t see what meds were scheduled... after so many calls and wastes time I decided I was better off with my previous pharmacy.

The service was great but for the past several months they haven't had the supplements I require. This month I've gotten 3 calls and emails saying my shipment will be delayed. Again they are missing the supplements. Keep getting told they are "on backorder" Today the automated system called again but connected me to a customer service representative who seemed confused when I said they called me???? Don't bother with this service.
