Horrible
Horrible. Late Meds. Missing Meds, and a higher co-pay than the pharmacy- Switched back to a normal pharmacy after one delivery. Can you imagine 3 days without anti retro viral meds??? Amazon sucks at this.

This is the third month in a row that my meds will arrive after I've run out. I've called every time and they blame UPS. I have asked multiple times why they don't ship earlier to avoid this but nothing happens. They say they can't fix it. RUN FAR AWAY IF YOU VALUE TAKING YOUR MEDICATION ON TIME!!

Worst. I've been using them on and off and each time I left them it's because they can't get the darn meds into the packs. Planning to go on a vacation, got vacation approval and they mailed me three months of pills in the bottles. Guys - your name is PillPACK - people order from you because they want their meds in the packs so they don't have to sort them. Get with it!!!!

Another rip off by Amazon. No good deals. So many better ways to get meds without all the hassle from Amazon. I am hoping with Walmart getting into the medical care business that they will do a lot better job than Amazon.

Pills and other meds shipped in plastic bags all mixed together and stuck to both each other and the plastic bag. Wouldn't take as they are cross-contaminated. Contact to them produced no results. They are scam artists. My medicare part d won't help either because pillpack says they were filled. 4 prescriptions unusable. So I'll have to do without meds for 30 days. Let that sink in. If you value your health you will avoid pillpack.

They over promise and NEVER deliver! I set up an account almost a month in ADVANCE, received confirmation emails stating every thing is set only to find out when I called 3 day before I ran out of meds that they still needed to have my insurance verified! They never called to say nothing! I was promised they would overnight my medicine 3 times now I’m out and somehow I am in a contract that’s is hell to get out of! And this is ran by Amazon??? AMAZON, should be ashamed and horsewhipped! Now it’s Friday night no medicine and have to contact my Doctor to rewrite the scripts AND PAY full price. Run DO NOT patronize this company and I will call the BBB. They are sorry and SUCK!

My first time with a pill pack pharmacy, and they were TERRIBLE. My dad's doctor's office called the prescriptions into Amazon without discussing options with me. Took 3 weeks to start. First shipment arrived with errors; I had to pull the packs apart and put the pills into pill boxes to avoid confusion. Called in advance of the second shipment, and was assured everything was O.K. Received a text that pills had been shipped and tracking showed package had been delivered. Since I don't live with my dad, I thought everything was O.K. 5 DAYS LATER, aide calls: no shipment had ever arrived. Contacted pill pack, who told me they had handed package off to UPS, so contact them. UPS told me to contact USPS. USPS promised to look into it and call me back; 3 hours later package was delivered. Amazon should have taken responsibility and contacted all these parties, since THEY chose this method of shipping! Guess what? When I opened the box, the shipment was STILL INCORRECT, so I will have to repack all those pills AGAIN. I called pillpack and cancelled further shipments. NEVER AGAIN.

I'd give a zero rating if it was available. They screwed up yet again. We've been using pillpack for a couple of years. This time, they sent our mother's meds to another state. Instead of reissuing the meds and quick shipping them, they said they would transferred the prescriptions to our local pharmacy. When they do this WE have to package 12 meds for our mother who has alzheimer's. We went to pick the meds at the local pharmacy but pillpack hadn't called them in. We had to contact pillpack YET AGAIN and return to get the meds. Pillpack then discovered that we are one of two states that won't transfer the prescriptions back. So, pillpack had to request all new prescriptions. And, of course, there were problems and we had to make several calls both to pillpack and our mother's doctors. Now that we have the new meds, one of the presciptions is incorrect. We are sooooo tired of doing pillpack's work for them. If you have any other choices, take them. We can't recommend this company. They are not service oriented and screw up ALL THE TIME.
