Don't use this service!.
Decided to try them so I could have my 5 pills organized into daily packages.
After a bunch of calls to them and my doctor (just 1 physician), they still got it all wrong.
Missing 2 of 5 meds( the most important one of course), packaged for split times of day(wrong), and they did charge me a copay when none of my meds required a copay.
So now I have a useless 30 day supply of 3 of 5 pills. All you get when you message them is a form letter. It is obvious that since Amazon bought them, they don't care, or are having growing pains, or because the guy they bought out got $100 million in his pocket, there is no one left to run it right.
I cancelled as soon as I received the shipment and saw the screwup.
This was worth a try, but it is going to be one of Amazon's few flops. Cvs offers the same service, I might try them.

By far the worst part of amazon
By far the worst part of amazon, if you want to have your scripts go unfilled and be weeks late qualify for pill packs

Service has gone down hill
I have depended on Pill Pack for some time, but of late the service has deteriorated. After multiple calls with customer service and calls from my doctor they still couldn’t get one of my medications correct. I wish there was a competing company that provides the same service.

Unhappy
I been having them for a while. Had no problems if i needed a medication they would overnight it. This month has been horrible i gave them my secondary insurance and they keep telling me to call my secondary insurance. Got charge for my medication and i just told them to transfer my medicine back to my old pharmacy. There service has hit rock bottom.

What happened?
About a year ago I switched to Pill Pack. And it was good, my meds arrived quickly. I could see Shipped and the next day they would arrive.
And then I don't know what happened, the past 3-4 months. I would get a shipping notification on Thursday or Friday, saying delivery for Monday. And they don't show up. Some times they come a few days later sometimes a week.
If I check my UPS tracking number yes expedited delivery, expected for Monday 9pm.
But then it does not show up..
You use to call them and get a nice what sounded like North American support person who would help. Now? they hardly speak English rude.. rude.. arrogant..
So today was finally the straw broke the Camels back, the warehouse is in Phoenix Arizona. And I live in Vegas.
Its 10 days.. my meds have gone from Phoenix two stops in Cali then another stop in Nevada, then finally to Vegas.. and handed to the Post office for final delivery.
If you had dropped it in the Mail in phoenix it would have been here in 1-2 days!!!
But now the Pill Pack site says my order was delivered two days ago.
UPS says they handed it to USPS 2 days ago.
USPS says they are still waiting for the package.
And Pill pack? we can't help you need to phone the Post Office.
Okay I hope they understand, that insulin injectors.. can not be in the heat for that many days.. if they have been in a shipping truck in 100 degree heat for a week??? They are toast.
Telling me I need to track it down?
NO WAY..
Prices are good, but.. service has taken a deep dive off the cliff.
Saving 4-5 bucks is not worth the hassle when I can walk to Costco and just pick them up.
Sorry something has changed with you guys, you went from WOW.. a year ago.. to OMG.. what a disaster.

I have had a completely different…
I have had a completely different experience with the service. I have multiple medications, many of which I do not take every day. I think people are just quick to criticize. When you first sign up, it will take time to get your medications lined up so that they can all be delivered properly. It is based on when the insurance company will next fill a subscription. I was tired of going to the pharmacy 5 or 6 times every month. I tried another local pharmacy who mailed out but I ended up spending over $50.00 on mailing fees in one month and they would send meds that needed to be injected without needles and the last shipment took 9 days to arrive from one hour away. I also tried the big pharmacies like W but they were always so busy that if I needed a med right away, that was a no go, plus they would allow meds to run out and never call the Doctor to get it renewed and then not let you know until it was to late. I would end up going without for a few days. I am on an opioid pain reliever so this was especially frustrating to go through withdraws while being in a great amount of pain. Unfortunately, I have to keep my local pharmacy because Pill Pack will not fill the schedule 2 drugs. Pill Pack has been very proactive about answering my email messages within hours, calling my Dr directly so that I do not have to, emailing me multiple times to let me know when, where, and how my medication will be delivered and even after it was sent, let me know there was a delay due to the post office. They texted me as well as emailing me, letting me know when action was necessary by me and getting my insurance to somehow line up my meds within one month time so that they all start at the same time. Something I tried to get my local pharmacy to do for the past year. I am very satisfied with the service, the product and the convenience. It has helped me to be more consistent with my medications where before I often took only my morning meds and would forget the other three times a day I was supposed to be taking them. It might take some time to get everything correct but the mistakes that they made were based on information that I originally gave incorrectly.

Before I ever received my first order I…
Before I ever received my first order I cancelled and went back to my old fashioned brick building pharmacy. They made so many mistakes lining up my medications from a few different doctors I was afraid to trust them to ship me the right pills. One medication I called them three times in two days to tell them they had it wrong. Each time they said they would fix it. Apparently notes were not even entered about my calls. I cancelled them finally when my nephrologists office called and told me they called an hour prior to ask my nephrologist to write a prescription for the same wrong medicine I just called them about! AND, they had the wrong doctor! My nephrologist didnt prescribe it, my PCP did. I think they lack a system in their office that has procedures and protocols to follow. What I experienced was utter chaos. I thought of reporting them to the AMA or somewhere... Its frightening to think there is such a lack of clear communication when important medications are involved.

I wish I had read these reviews before…
I wish I had read these reviews before I tried pill pack. Packs were missing 1/3 of my medicine, had the wrong dosage on two pills, had my morning/evening pills reversed, and had the wrong number of pills in the packs.
