This is the worst experience I have ever had with any pharmacy. The people sound like they know what they're doing but they give you all kinds of wrong answers and they wasted my doctor's time each time telling me that what I told him was what he needed to do and each time it was wrong. In the end there was no way to even use them luckily they record things but even the supervisors are useless I would never recommend this company to anybody. I needed someone to deliver my medicine I asked all the appropriate questions and I even reiterated with them and each person would give a different answer and assure me it was correct I would give the information to my doctor he would try to do it it would be wrong it aggravated everybody. Don't use them unless you like ripping your hair out and aggravating your doctor

The idea of getting all meds sorted is excellent. But after the first two shipments I have had terrible expereince with package delivery. They use UPS which they have authorized to transfer to USPS. Bad idea--better if they went with USPS directly. One pacakge was left out by the graage and the next day a UPS driver tooke it back--so entire shipment was lost. I paid for it and had to get the meds sent to CVS and pay again. After that it was hard for Pillpack to get back Rx from CVS, so next shipment was missing several meds which I had to pick from CVS. This time it looks like all meds are back at PillPack, but oh where is the shipment--seems to be stuck for 10 days waiting acceptance at POST office--They say they have not got any package from UPS. You call UPS they say call USPS and so now meds finish today and no meds from tomorrow. Not good for someone who needs lifesaving meds. DO NOT GO with PILLPACK. After I sort this mess I will cancel and go back to sorting my daily pills by myself.

Terrible experience...I cancelled the same day I received my shipment. First it took them forever to get my first shipment. During that time, CVS called saying they had my meds. I called pill pack for an eta on my shipment, and was told I would run out before I recieved the shipment, so get them from CVS and my shipment would come sometime after that. I received the shipment today with only 2 of the 5 pills, so I still need to used the bottles and the pill pack, so it’s completely pointless....very disappointed

PillPack: Brilliant Concept with TERRIBLE Execution I really want to love PillPack, but just can't after several bad experiences. I have great admiration for the entrepreneurial history of this company, and the convenience of their small "packs" (combining both RX & vitamins) is indisputable, and something I have been unable to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, their service sucks, and as many other reviewers have said online, they are just not yet ready for primetime. In general, I have been mostly pleased with the daily pill packets, and have used that service for over a year. My personal challenges have usually involved anything that is PRN or one-time orders. Most recently, I had checked the availability of a prescription back in March, and upon confirmation of stock, had my doctor submit the script. They kept saying it was “in process” only to finally tell me it was on backorder. I was unhappy and told them I got it filled somewhere else. 3 months later, the order shows up on my doorstep and my credit card got billed. It was a mess to try to get fixed, and in the end, they destroyed any trust they had from me for a mere $5 (telling me that if I would send them details of the calls, they would “listen to the recordings” and consider giving me a credit). No thanks – it was much easier to just take my business elsewhere. Caveat emptor.

I love the idea. Absolutely love it. Unfortunately, they aren't ready for the action in reality. I have some prescriptions that come out more expensive so as I was taking to someone getting it all set, I asked how I would know how much all these prescriptions were going to cost, he said something like, "oh, someone always calls to let you know and talk about it with you." Reassured, I went about my business until I got an email that says they are sending them out. I wanted to know how much it was going to cost and there is no information. I also noticed that a couple of my prescriptions were in the wrong packet (am instead of pm). This is big. There is no way for me to tell them without contacting them since no one ever called to confirm. I called customer service and was hung up on twice at answer. I finally got someone on chat who was very nice and helped me cancel my order. She then very pleasantly told me I should just let them know if I wanted the prescriptions sent anywhere to let them know the pharmacy and phone number. I asked them to send them where they got them and she said I needed to verify. I understand all that. It was just such a waste of time and I am disappointed. I so wanted it to work. I hate sorting pills.

They lost my medication in shipping. First time I contacted them (they use a 3rd party customer service model through Zendesk), they told me to contact UPS. UPS told me to contact them, but pillpack/zendesks hours are like bank hours. Talked to Pillpack the following Monday, and they apologized saying they would rush ship it to be here Thursday (didn't arrive til Friday). When it arrived it was missing my blood pressure medication, but by the time I realized this pillpack was closed. Transferred everything back to my former mail order pharmacy. Was out of meds for 2+ weeks. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Terrible service. They just mixed up my prescriptions and wont deliver 90 days supply. They ran out of medications and did not inform me. I had to waste my time on lengthy IMs. Also they missed one month's supply of medications from an earlier prescription. Just stay away. They provide horrible medications from companies like Aurobindo, which is a front for Chinese ingredients

I tried to love pillpack... suffered many small irritating things like difficult opening and buying an expensive dispenser that didn't work. Then they lost a shipment. first time I called I was assured that it was on its way but that they would overnite if necessary. the next time I called I was told they would have to re-ship and would not honor the promise to overnite. I cancelled, went to Costco and got immediate service and save $23 on what was $92 from pillpack. the final insult - no apology from pillpack after scaring me to death.
