completely disorganized. poor follow-up. bad computer systems that make you repeat things over and over. a few good people there but they don't make up for the other systemic chaos. spent about five hours on the phone with them and eventually had to switch back to CVS

A lack of communication, lack of reliability. Doctor ordered a 'schedule 2" script as he normally would to pill pack. Fax went out, I even requested a copy and have it. Pill Pack says they never got it. Then they change their messaging and say its a schedule 2 and that they don't fill that. Seemed strange and with a copy of the script in hand, I can say that pill pack is not a company that can reliably receive a fax, which is still the standard process to fill drug prescriptions. How do they stay in business?!

I have been a customer of Pill Pack for about a year now. This is the first problem I have experienced, but it is a BIG one. My medication did not arrive on time, so I contacted Pill Pack. They checked and agreed that it was stuck somewhere after leaving Georgia on the 23rd of July(today is the 4th of August). They offered to send me a replacement but I had to first agree to pay 4 times the normal charge "in case" the insurance does not pay. They assured me that "most of the time" insurance covers the replacement. That would only cost me double my payment. What a deal. Basically as I see it, Pill Pack does not guarantee delivery. It is the customer's fault if something goes wrong and the customer must pay. My medication is not life-critical nor all that expensive with or without insurance. However, I can only imagine this happening to someone who really needs that medication to survive and whose cost is very high. Not a service to be trusted. Amazon is hurting itself with this kind of service.

I have had nothing but superb service from Pillpak. Admittedly there can be some confusion during the transition until all the meds are in sync. I made a mistake counting my Dad's meds and discovered it three days before he was due to run out, and ten days before his Pillpak was due to arrive. I was in a panic! I emailed Pillpak and got a response immediately, and the rep (M, not supposed to mention names!) assured me enough pills to cover the interim would arrive on time. They arrived a day early, one day air for which I was not charged, and pending insurance approval. Now that is how you do it! It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thanks to (M) and Pillpak I never left the comfort of my home and a huge worry was alleviated. Give them a chance and stick through it until the meds are in sync. Save yourself countless calls to the Dr. and trips to the pharmacy (which isn't without headaches if it's own)!

Do not use them if you really need your medicine. I had a lot of trouble getting them set up. Then, after two months they told me that they can no longer provide my primary medication (just before my next refill). After over a week of excuses, they did not transfer the prescription and finally stated that they would not do so. Now I am stuck without my primary medication.

Great Concept...Disappointing implementation... I ordered this service to help keep my meds organized and help me be compliant with taking them. I have one, Protonix, that has to be taken on an empty stomach, by itself and in the morning. PillPak sent it correctly the first month separately. Inexplicably, in the 2nd month they included it in the morning packet with all my other morning meds. When I called to have this corrected, they blamed my Dr. first for not specifying in the prescription, and then blamed me for not calling them and telling them. they accepted no responsibility for unilaterally changing and putting this pill with all the rest and endangering me. I have since changed to CVS convenience packs and they monitor for drug interactions automatically to keep me safe and immediately told me that Protonix must be taken separately.

I have absolutely no idea what could possibly be happening with the people complaining here because my experience over the past year hs been amazing. Customer service at PillPack is really incredible and I would be careful about putting too much faith in these negative reviews because I would imagine that for every negative review there are about a 1000 positive reviews. People are so quick to say something bad about people. Try this company for yourself and enjoy not having to pick up your prescriptions anymore. They have never been late and they have always been 100% accurate!

Horrible experience with Pill pack. At first the actually LOST one of my prescriptions so we had to call the doctor to get a new prescription. Then, one of my shipments arrived 1 week late. Finally, 3 of my shipments were marked delivered but I never received them. They don't require a signature so anyone could have stolen them from my front porch. Now insurance won't pay for these prescriptions because they think they have been filled already. DON'T USE PILLPACK!
