It's been almost a year now since you said you're trying to update your system and get us the best rate but until now we couldn't use your service even when you are paid the whole year. Just let us know if you don't want us to use your service any more than giving us false hope, you are being unprofessional people

He intentado muchas veces hacer el pago del plan ingreso los datos de mi tarjeta y me marca error tarjeta declinada, he intentado con más tarjetas y pasa lo mismo y por supuesto todas las tarjetas tienen crédito o saldo y todas están vigentes son visa y otras mastercard, ayuda! I thought this was a great service, for the 1 time I used it. I have tried to cancel my account in many ways: emailed 2x, called and "kept my place in line" but didn't receive a return phone call, and now I have been on hold for 1 hour. If they are still helping other customers, there must be so many complaints, maybe they need more "Customer Support Heros"! BTW, the on hold music repeats every 30 seconds and is becoming so irritating! Just mail photos and letters to your loved ones.
