Hi Adam, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry for the confusion caused by the price shown on our website. We understand why receiving a higher quotation together with a 6–8 week lead time was frustrating. The FortiGate Enterprise license (FC-10-0091G-809-02-12) is a quote-only item, so its final price and lead time need to be confirmed based on current supplier availability and pricing. However, the website price was not updated promptly, and we should have made this clearer. We take responsibility for the inaccurate information and sincerely apologize. We are reviewing the product listing and quotation process to help prevent similar discrepancies in the future. If you are still interested, please contact us with your quotation details, and we will be happy to recheck the latest availability, pricing, lead time, and any possible alternatives. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve. Best regards, Router-Switch Team

Hi Jos, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. After reviewing your case, we can confirm that our team, including Andy, had previously reached out to explain the situation. The discrepancy in the company name was related to the information submitted during the order process. For this type of license, the vendor does not allow any changes once the order has been placed, which is why the company name cannot be modified afterward. We do recognize that our communication and follow-up across email and other channels were not consistent, and we understand how this may have caused frustration. This is something we are actively working to improve to ensure clearer and more timely updates for our customers. Please rest assured that the license itself is fully valid and functions normally, so this discrepancy does not impact its actual use. If you still have any concerns, you are welcome to contact us directly, and we will make sure your case is properly followed up. Best regards, Router-Switch Team
