The “pending” status is part of our security features, which are designed to help prevent automated activity, bots, and unusually high volumes of letters from being sent through the platform. We understand, however, that this can be frustrating when you’re simply trying to stay in contact with your inmate. If you need to send additional letters after already submitting one, please email or call our support team. We can review the situation and assist you with sending additional letters.
