From the very beginning, Pigeonly made an incredibly difficult situation so much easier. I relied on their service and never once had a problem. Communication was consistent, dependable, and handled with care. Whenever there were delays, it was clear they were due to the facility and completely out of Pigeonly’s control. I had an overall good experience with this app. I really enjoyed the photos you can send at no added cost. I overpaid once and customer service was quick to refund me. Its fun how you can create your own cards to send thru the app and I was able to send lots of pictures which are really nice quality to my husband. Im sorry to see the facility my husbands in is no longer using the service as of this month. Thanks for a great job for while it was being used.

The first weeks my family member got summoned to the “office” to tell me I was sending too much mail. I found Pigeonly and for four and a half years sent everything through them with no more problems. I knew anytime there was a delay it was the facility and out of everyone’s control. If I had any questions I contacted them and they answered right away with honest truthful responses. My family member treasured the communication from home and I will always be grateful to this service - they kept me from getting him in trouble and in constant communication. Thank you so much.
