Don't ever do business with this company. They are untrustworthy. I purchase six locket three key chains. The I order one gold locket for $304.00 they sent it to the wrong address. They refuse to give me a refund or replace the locket. Instead they gave me the run around had to listen to the call then they filed a insurance claim, told me I had to file a police report then said it was not there problem. They are quick to take your money Beware don't do business with this company . Should had read the reviews before I made the mistake

Their jewelery is very cheap flimsy and way overpriced I ordered a time sensitive item with plenty of time to ship being since they ship in one day not only did they screw up my order and sent me a broken necklace but didn't compensate me for the next day shipping and did nothing but give me a hard time about everything!!! Not happy and will never but anything from them again! Lesson learned! Save your money!

Absolute worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Wife bought a saint michael medallion and necklace. What showed up was the necklace and saint Michael medallion that feels and sounds like plastic/tin and doesn’t look like the advertised product. Mind you we spent $920 on this product and the necklace alone was only $222. Called to get a full refund and was told I will need to pay a 20% restocking fee for a falsely advertised product. Reaching out to our credit card company now and will win this dispute easily. Do not buy from this company, they are thieves.

This company is a joke, Bad Customer service with no follow up. Been waiting for a replacement ring for over two months with no followup.

I saw locket from this website in tik tok. I looked in the website and liked the custom heart shaped lockers where u can add a picture and engravings. The pictures of the jewelry were very shiny and well made. When I received my necklace, it was put in a cheap plastic wrap box. The bad presentation was just the start. The chain was of decent quality but the locket itself stood out for its cheapness. The locket clanked on my desk and to my surprise it sounded like plastic. It was not even metal. At a closer look, the locket had scratches all over its shiny finish. Upon opening the locket I was completely disappointed. The metal engraving pieces inserted were sloppily cut to fit into the locket and burn marks were visible from the laser cutting. The picture in the locket was super dark and low quality. The product did not demonstrate quality as shown on the website. I was excited for this product and even recommended it to friends and family. This was an anniversary gift for my girlfriend and I could not give it to her because of its bad quality. I shipped it back for a refund. Come to find out, they charge a 20% melting fee for returns and deduct it from your refund. I am furious that they are charging me to for their mistakes. Their product was not as advertised and I wanted a full refund, but somehow they were trying to justify that policy. I paid $200 and only received $160 back. Their customer service rep said that they declined my requests.F*c* them. Their website looks like it’s from 2000. This has been a 2 ordeal that would’ve been handled in 3 days if they had their s**t together. DONT BUY FROM THEM

THE MEDAL ITSELF AND THE NECKLACE CHAIN IS WORTHLESS… STERLING SILVER (NOT MARKED AS SUCH)? THEY MUST BE WEIGHED IN OUTER SPACE AS THEY ARE TOO LIGHT TO MEASURE ON EARTH! CHAIN CAN’T WITHSTAND A BABY’S TUG WITHOUT BREAKING! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITSELF FOR ITS SHADY PRODUCTS AND DEALINGS WITH AN UNSUSPECTING PUBLIC! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIECE OF JUNK IN THE UNIVERSE!

I'm still waiting for the rest of my refund, they're about $20.00 short. My friends and myself will keep posting to all review sites and Facebook about these crooks, what cheap garbage. Never do business with them . I filed with the bbb and now my review is showing. Nothing but crooks which who I'm am sure will burn in hell. Stay away from this company and let as many people as you know to do the same
