The person who packed my heart was careless. A small part of the heart was caught in the lid when they closed the box so there is a small scratch on the back.

I ordered online and then had second thoughts. I called to cancel my order 14 minutes after the order was placed and they would not cancel my order. Beware--it is a shady business that takes your money and won't refund within minutes. I could see it if it was hours or days later and they had started the order but 14 minutes later? Sad. They have since contacted me and canceled my order.

Fast shipping. Accurate product description. Paint on bracelet was sloppy though, & smudged. Quality could've been better for price

I have not gotten my order yet but I pray it is better than the reviews are stating , so Until than I will rate the process a 3 it was fairly easy but the hidden fee for engraving needs to be up front not after you engrave than find out that is additional

Product/Order was received quickly. However, I was a little disappointed in the appearance of the picture, it was darker. I ordered a charm using the same picture from a different company (cheaper, not 14K) and the picture was lighter, perfect.

The jewelry is nice, but when they repaired my chain, they sent back a chain that was 3 inches longer than the original. I sent it back to be corrected, they kept it for over almost 2 months, and then sent back the same 3-inch-longer chain.. I’m waiting to hear back from them now, will update based on resolution. Update: The customer service team has been very helpful, and I will continue to update my review based on the outcome/when I get the correct length chain back.

I don’t think you actually used my son’s thumb print. It was shipped within 2 days of my order in an Amazon prime packaging.

Previous I rated this company 1 star and had a major complaint with the advertised merchandise and their customer service. Since my complaint my concerns have been addressed and resolved by upper level management and I am grateful. If I had not made such a public complaint I don’t think my issue would have been resolved. The piece of jewelry I purchased is beautiful.
