Loved how it came out

The person who packed my heart was careless. A small part of the heart was caught in the lid when they closed the box so there is a small scratch on the back.

I ordered a medallion and chain. Both are excessively thin and not good quality. I had a similar medallion and chain for over 30 years with little to no issues. I had this one for 4 days total and it's not broken twice. They fixed it once, but I feel like this is going to keep happening and now they refuse to return anything.
