I ordered a 1x1 pendant for $149.95. When the package arrived, the vendor had shipped a smaller 3/4 x 3/4 instead. Looking at the invoice, I realized they listed the smaller 3/4 x 3/4 size on the paperwork but still charged me the higher $149.95 price meant for the 1x1. When I contacted the company to inquire, they said that is what I ordered and the price on the website had since changed. That was untrue. I asked for a credit for the price difference they refused and actually suggested that I spend more money to get the larger item I originally ordered. Charging a premium price for a cheaper item and then suggesting I spend more money to fix their mistake is unacceptable. Take pictures when you place your orders...watch them closely. Quick immoral way to make money.

Paid $100 for a 1” pacemaker charm. It’s a cheap piece of junk and split ring is so fragile a fingernail will deform it.

I couldn’t wait to order from this company as I had seen the necklaces for some time. The day I got my daughter’s badge number I placed my order. It was during my initial order that something came off a bit suspicious. I had been getting ads for an almost identical necklace from a company by a different name. I then found that this company is currently operating under 2 different names. I guess this should have been a red flag but I admit I was still too excited. I went with silver and while I felt it was a little overpriced I was hoping the customization would make it worth it. My necklace arrived and I was so excited. At first glance it has a beautiful sparkle, the chain is decent but could prob be bought much cheaper, this was convenient and it is an average silver chain. The charm itself unfortunately is incredibly thin. It appears to be very fragile and delicate and not willing to stand up to everyday wear for my little officer. My 2nd biggest disappointment was the image. I get the charm is small however I sized up in hopes that the image would appear clear and not smooshed. Unfortunately, it is still so small the image appears as a blurry blob. Upon further inspection, the quality is just not what I would expect for the price. The spacing on the numbers looks off and I am not sure if it is just the way the # 4 appears but the spacing between the one and four as well as the sizing of the number itself seems to be off. Last but not least, the engraving was printed in block print which I had ordered the cursive. I will take full responsibility for this however as I did the final check and okayed the item. I am not sure how that slipped by and only bring it up to warn others to triple check that option before submitting because I certainly double checked and that was somehow changed. Since receiving my item, I attempted to reach out twice and have not heard back from anyone. I was hoping to return at which point I have seen that process can be difficult as returns with the company being denied or charged melting fees etc from what I am reading now. I am just so disappointed and was really excited about this order and placing future orders for the rest of the family. I think the idea is absolutely the best and the items shown online are perfect. Unfortunately the quality and the price for the specific item just isn’t it. It fails to fully deliver in all areas. I will be sure to update this if I do hear back or there is a resolution. Overall, shipping was quick, the idea is wonderful, selection and options are great. Communication thus far is non existent, quality just not quite there, and overpriced.

Bought two necklace charms and five keychain charms . The necklace charms were gold and tarnished very quickly. Very disappointing .

The pendant was cheaply made, could not see the fingerprint very well either. I have bought from other company and was very happy with their product for a cheaper price.

I ordered an engraved locket pendant from this company. It began to have to discoloration marks after about 2 months of wearing. I sent it in for a repair, since they have a life time guarantee on their jewelry. The customer service and replacement was prompt. Well after revive g my replacement after about a month the picture fell out of my locket. I reached out again and reported the matter. The customer service was poor this time around. It took days with a response and me having to reach out multiple times to get answer regarding replacing/repairing my item. I was told that I should wait until after the holiday season or I would not get my item back for several months. Well the holidays have passed and I reached back out a week ago and have not yet received a response.

Ordered a custom Maltese cross necklace for my husband. Said it was delivered Monday by Amazon courier and it was never delivered at all. (Home security camera shows no one made any deliveries on Monday) I called filed a claim on Tuesday, they said they would contact me. On Thursday I called again to figure out the status and was assured a new order would be placed for a replacement and that I would receive an email with tracking. It is now Friday evening with no email or communication at all about my replacement. This was an expensive order and I’m very disappointed in the lack of follow through and I am not confident at this point that I will receive my order in time for Christmas. In response to pictures on golds reply I have called every single day for the past three days and still have no tracking information but I was assured it was sent out today. I guess I will be calling again tomorrow. Updating - called again today have been on hold for 21 minutes so far. No tracking info, no shipping info, no eta nothing. If this isn’t solved today I’m filing a fraud case with my bank which still doesn’t solve the fact that I won’t have this gift for Christmas. It’s absolutely heartbreaking and disappointing. DO NOT buy from this company!

Ordered a sterling silver police badge pendant engraved with a badge number and state seal. The pendant was delivered quickly (within a week) and the engravings were to specs, but the entire chain and pendant felt very flimsy. Didn’t really feel like silver, felt more like tin or even a heavy plastic. It has a few 925 stamps so I’m willing to trust that. My biggest issue with this product is that when I opened the box for the first time, I noticed that the paint in some of the engravings had rubbed off, and one of the letters was dinged and scuffed to the point where it was unreadable. I can’t give this product a one star because like I said, it did arrived on time and is to specs, but I really do need to get this redone or replaced. It shouldn’t be THIS damaged right out of the box. And no cert of authenticity? Not even any sort of nice little pamphlet to go along with my $260 chain and pendant telling me how happy they are to have me as a customer, or how great my new jewelry is? Just an unmarked box in plastic bag packaging. I think your product is really cool. I also haven’t seen too many other places out there who do an LEO badge pendant that looks as good as this, but please, we have to make sure that the product is delivered to the customer in better shape than this. I look forward to communicating with support to try and get this rectified.
